> 24 hourIve been waiting for this my whole life!! Being lactose intolerant is not something I signed up for. I had no idea that this existed until I did some research on people like me that love cheese, ice cream, not so much milk, but did I say cheese?! Especially now since I go to my local farmers market every week and get the best cheeses ever!! With that being said, there is a price to pay after every delicious bite. But now….. let me tell you. This stuff really works! I had my doubts, really I did. Then I said, well, what do I have to lose? This stuff makes me feel like I can be in the same room with anyone, without feeling like something is about to burst out of my stomach!! I literally would lay in bed sometimes hoping no one would knock on my door wanting to come in to my room only to enter a room filled with extreme foul smells from the outcome of eating cheese!! Very gross, but very true! I only believe in blunt honest reviews, just to make you understand in some way where Im coming from. So if any of this relates to you, then this is something you cannot live without.

> 24 hourAs a lactose intolerant being, this product has helped me ingest many dairy products. I usually take 3 together immediately before lactose consumption and it works. I used to vomit, have abdominal cramping and diarrhea even with the smallest percentage of a milk ingredient, now I just pop 3 of these babies in my mouth and I’m good for at least 10-15 minutes. I still usually avoid dairy products for the most part but this definitely works and is great to take when you don’t know the full list of ingredients in what is given to you.

> 24 hourThis lets me eat stuff that would otherwise make me painfully gassy. Welcome back to my life fresh cheeses, ice cream and whipped cream. Fact: 60% of the world struggles with digesting dairy. Fact: Most cheese are easy to digest for people because cheese is made from the curds that you separate from the whey in milk. The whey has the lactose (which makes it difficult to digest) in it. Also, as cheese ages, whatever lactose is in it, slowly goes away. The more aged the cheese, the easier to digest. Please vote yes or helpful for this review. Thank you!

> 24 hourI did not know things like this existed up until recently in my 22 years of life and I am now going to use this for the rest of my life. Now I can eat Ice cream, Pizza, cereal and I dont have to worry about embarrassing side effects with this product. Some more hardcore lactose foods definitely need two pills to have a worry free experience but honestly it is so worth it I cant say enough about it.

> 24 hourAs I have gotten older my tolerance to dairy is not what it used to be and I would not feel great and really bloated after eating or drinking dairy. This solved all of that. I dont like the taste of lactose free milk so this really saved me as I do like dairy. BTW hard aged cheeses do not have lactose in them as it is digested in the process of being made. Just a small bit of information I learned.

> 24 hourOh how I love Lactaid. The older I get, the more I wonder how anyone can live without this stuff. It allows the lactose intolerant to enjoy ice cream without fearing that your subsequent gas will clear the building. It makes it possible to stop for pizza while on a road trip without having to ride with windows down for the rest of the day. It makes wine-and-cheese-hour possible for those who otherwise have sprint to a restroom immediately afterward. And it certainly helps with the gas cramps; we all know how miserable that can be. Buy Lactaid. Just do it. Youll thank me later.

> 24 hourI am 27 years old. Up until about two years ago I would have a glass of 2% milk with breakfast every morning(or Id have it with cereal). Suddenly I started noticing Id get a stomachache right after Id have breakfast, so after some trial and error I cut my beloved milk out. Some months later I thought Id try again, and had a glass of it with a brownie. Shortly after, I got sudden nausea that had me running for the bathroom. I accepted my new lactose intolerant fate. My friend told me about these pills and I decided to give it a try so I wouldnt have to cut out dairy(which I couldnt do anyway, I love it too much). They work like a dream as long as I remember to take them, and if I forget, the toilets are the ones that suffer the consequences. I just take one right before my first bite, anytime I think my meal has too much dairy in it. I havent had a single problem after taking them and its been about a year since I started. Will likely be buying these until the day I die.
