NO RETURNS ALLOWED. Says a lot about a company when they wont let you return a item. Means they know their products is crap and they want that money. Was picking out the one I wanted and this was the one above and I accidently clicked on it. When I looked at arrival date and saw the name and price I was going that wasnt what I ordered. Looked and there it was; my arm jerks with spasms and so it must have jerked enough to move it up to click on it. It isnt memory foam, I have that in other items, it is just hard foam. It smells to High Heaven, stinks, have it on the patio trying to decide what to do with it. It was a pain to get it out of the cover, which was one sign that it wasnt memory foam, it was hard to the touch. There was no print from my finger squishing to get it out, no flexibility, give or anything that memory foam has. Just the hard foam feel that I have used in some craft items. The blanket I folded to sit on was softer than that piece of crap. No return allowed. That right there is another reason I know I ordered it accidently. In cleaning out the I dont want these items I missed it. Now I have wasted $40 for Crap!. Wondering where all those great reviews came from. Read of how a lot of employees in another country are begin bribed to give good reviews, makes you wonder when you see so many reviews of a products that is not what it claims to be. Memory foam my A double S.

Ive been lactose intolerant since Ive been 33. And the product has improved over the decades I first used it in terms of stability: previously it went bad with an odd smell after a while. Now it is separately wrapped (but expensive). It can be kept in your wallet, coat, desk, etc. for those impulse ice cream or milk or butter/cheese filled products (e.g. pesto, pizza). Not needed for yogurt. I also prefer buying the cheaper bottle of the 1/3 dose in the bottle for home use. The single use caplets are greatly wrapped for airtight. I dont purchase the chewable tablets, which are larger in size. I often bite the tablets, which makes the tablets work more efficiently, and gulp it down with what Im eating (the directions say you just take the tablet whole with the first bite of the dairy food). If you continue to eat a meal with butter, (etc) you have to take additional tablets after 30-45 minutes, since the tablet will be down the intestine and cant handle what new food is there. E.g. if you are having a long cheese dessert, or a pizza party.

Ive found I need to use 2 at a time. When I used 1, it did not help.

This lets me eat stuff that would otherwise make me painfully gassy. Welcome back to my life fresh cheeses, ice cream and whipped cream. Fact: 60% of the world struggles with digesting dairy. Fact: Most cheese are easy to digest for people because cheese is made from the curds that you separate from the whey in milk. The whey has the lactose (which makes it difficult to digest) in it. Also, as cheese ages, whatever lactose is in it, slowly goes away. The more aged the cheese, the easier to digest. Please vote yes or helpful for this review. Thank you!

Ive spent all but a couple of months of my nearly sixty years on this planet enjoying the benefits of my Northern European heritages effective little mutation that enables me to eat dairy past my childhood years...until a month or so into chemo. I suddenly found myself suffering more than the usual gastrointestinal side effects after eating dairy, which is a bit of a problem considering its fouundational role in my diet. It took me a while to self-diagnose, but once I did (admittedly thinking This cant be happening to me, I have a lactase persistence gene!) I contacted the oncologist who then referred me to a nutritionist, who recommended Lactaid. The nutritionist recommended I take one or more Lactaid caplets either with my first bite or maybe 15 minutes before I started eating. She said that taking more than I need is better than not taking too little, and that since many foods have stealt dairy (many foods have whey, for example), if in doubt, just take the Lactaid. She recommended I experiment with how many I need for different kinds of food (more for milk or ice cream, fewer for cheese and butter), and if I need to take it in advance or not. She also said to not go more than 30 minutes while eating without taking more. When in doubt, take it. In short, it works well, and Im not adding to chemo side effects--which is a relief. Literally.

I was diagnosed with diverticulitis by my doctor, but found out later on my own that it was just gas and bloating pain from lactose intolerance. These pills help me enjoy dairy products from time to time. They really help.

Ive used Lactaid for over 12 years and it works great, took two years for me to be diagnosed with lactose intolerance while I was in high school. I always had stomach/belly aches and it got to the point where people stopped believing me when I said my stomach hurt when I was in school, they thought I just wanted to go home, but that was all solved when I found out I was lactose intolerant after having a simple test done at the hospital. One easy way I was told you can find out if your lactose intolerant is dont eat or drink anything after 10pm at night, go to bed then the next morning drink a full glass of milk and wait 2-3 hours, if you have discomfort such as bloating, gas (burping, and later on air out the other end) stomach/belly aches, nausea and in sever cases vomiting, then you are most likely lactose intolerant. The Lactaid Fast Act are great, they are more potent that other generic brand and work better and faster than the regular lactaid, they come individually wrapped in paper/foil pouches, great for traveling. One thing they do not work well with is Milk or larger amounts of cream. To use lactaid capsules to drink milk I would always take a minimum of 4 since straight milk always gave me the biggest problem. BUT You can purchase Lactaid Milk, but is expensive, so what Ive done is treated my own milk with lactase drops (the enzyme in lactaid but in liquid form) TREATING YOUR OWN MILK: Ive always liked getting milk from a local farm in town, but couldnt do so for a while until I discovered the drops. I get the LACTEEZE drops you can order the 7ml bottle from [...] for about $12 per bottle, I usually put 15 drops in a half gallon of milk, wait a couple hours or overnight and it works GREAT! No need to take any lactaid if you treat your milk, I just always treat my milk right after I get home from the store. If you want to save money on the drops, order the bigger 15.5ml bottle directly from the manufacture which is in Canada. I have ordered from the manufacture twice now and they have been great, havent had any issues and its delivered within a week. To order from the manufacture go to [...] and click Gelda E-shop, products, Gelda Pharmaceuticals and scroll down. They sell all the lacteeze products including the 7ml and 15.5ml bottles. Call them if you have any questions, they are very nice, and ordering through them is the cheapest, I get the 15.5ml bottles individually and usually order 2-3 at a time. Good luck, hope this info can help someone! I just wish I found out I was lactose intolerant sooner :)

Unlike other allergies that some of my friends face, my lactose intolerance is easily managed. If I dont want any symptoms, I avoid dairy. But if Im out with friends, over to someones house for dinner, or just feel like a creamy cold treat on a warm summers day, then out comes the Lactaid pills. These pills come in convenient packaging that allows you to put them in your pocket so you are ready whenever you have that dairy craving. I always have a few in my purse and around the house. And I never forget them at restaurants since all sorts of dishes that seem dairy-free actually have some dairy in them. When I take these pills with dairy I dont get any usual lactose intolerance symptoms and am able to enjoy some of my favorite meals and desserts. Just one pill lasts through an entire meal or appetizers as a party, etc. Even if you are lactose intolerant and choose to just avoid all dairy all the time, I would advise having these on hand just in case. If you do eat something that you think is non-dairy, and then you get that feeling, you can easily swallow one of these and at least alleviate the severity of your discomfort. Warning - If you eat a meal and then take a pill after, though, the pill will have no effect and will not help with any of your usual symptoms. These pills DO NOT work for dairy allergies. That is a much different and much more serious problem.

I did not know things like this existed up until recently in my 22 years of life and I am now going to use this for the rest of my life. Now I can eat Ice cream, Pizza, cereal and I dont have to worry about embarrassing side effects with this product. Some more hardcore lactose foods definitely need two pills to have a worry free experience but honestly it is so worth it I cant say enough about it.

Wasnt always lactose intolerant. I can handle small amount of dairy (1-3 Tbl) when mixed with other food. That being said, these pills work for me eating 1C bowl of ice cream, whole grill cheese sandwich, pudding snack packs, box cake desserts, and store bought cookie snacks. No sprinting to the bathroom, no gas, no cramps. Im a happy camper!
