These chewable Lactaid pills are easy to chew and work like a dream. It s all a matter of figuring out how many you need for what you are eating. I take up to four eating pizza or ice cream and have no issues with my lactose intolerance at all after doing so. I would recommend this product. Been using it many years already.

I get a big belly ache after I eat regular ice cream so I thought I would try this product. I tried the Lactaid ice cream before, but it wasnt for me. I have used this twice and it has worked great so far!!

Im not diagnosed as lactose intolerance, Ive just noticed that milk tends to make me nauseous and sick so I stay away from it. This hasnt been a big deal except for my protein shakes- I exercise a lot- and within 5 minutes of drinking a whey protein shake I get really sick. I had to switch to egg protein- extremely expensive and hard to find- soy protein tastes nasty. A friend told me to try these pills. Just had a whey protein shake- a brand and flavor that previously made me sick- and nothing! No nausea! I feel great. Very exciting, a whole new world has been opened to me now. Definitely recommend.

Getting old sucks. As a kid, i didnt have a problem with milk, but when I got to college, I couldnt handle it. While I use lactose free milk, the options of lactose free ice cream are far and few. Vegan cheese is disgusting and should be banned. Ruined a whole pizza I ordered before with vegan cheese. Thank goodness for these pills. Now I can kinda enjoy things with dairy for the most part with these. I just pop one right when I have something dairy. Sometimes I have to take two. Good stuff.

I am lactose intolerant so dairy and me do not go. It was very annoying since the rest of my family is not so I had to make separate meals and all that annoying moderation. I found out through my doctor that she used these pills and they helped her since she had a sensitive stomach so I decided to try it. I absolutely love it!!!! I have no gas, bloating, OR diarrhea, or stomach pain. Sometimes when I wake up I have some gas but it was nothing compared to before. I ate a meal with dairy without the pill to see if it was working and I was right. The before and after results are beyond belief. If you have a sensitive stomach or are lactose intolerant but love dairy I recommend these pills!!! Very affordable but costco also sells them in bulk so you can get more :) There are also instructions on the back that tells you when to take them and all that. Pills have no taste and are pretty small so no need to worry about a gross taste or having trouble swallowing it.

I take one pill before eating or drinking anything with dairy products in it, and no more upset stomach later. This is the best invention ever for folks with lactose intolerance!

Ive been lactose intolerant since Ive been 33. And the product has improved over the decades I first used it in terms of stability: previously it went bad with an odd smell after a while. Now it is separately wrapped (but expensive). It can be kept in your wallet, coat, desk, etc. for those impulse ice cream or milk or butter/cheese filled products (e.g. pesto, pizza). Not needed for yogurt. I also prefer buying the cheaper bottle of the 1/3 dose in the bottle for home use. The single use caplets are greatly wrapped for airtight. I dont purchase the chewable tablets, which are larger in size. I often bite the tablets, which makes the tablets work more efficiently, and gulp it down with what Im eating (the directions say you just take the tablet whole with the first bite of the dairy food). If you continue to eat a meal with butter, (etc) you have to take additional tablets after 30-45 minutes, since the tablet will be down the intestine and cant handle what new food is there. E.g. if you are having a long cheese dessert, or a pizza party.

Wasnt always lactose intolerant. I can handle small amount of dairy (1-3 Tbl) when mixed with other food. That being said, these pills work for me eating 1C bowl of ice cream, whole grill cheese sandwich, pudding snack packs, box cake desserts, and store bought cookie snacks. No sprinting to the bathroom, no gas, no cramps. Im a happy camper!

I’m amazed that they actually work and relieves symptoms if I take it :) I take 2 just to be safe and although one might find it pricey, it doesn’t matter to me since I rarely eat dairy anyways. But when I have my ice cream craving, this is my saviour!!!
