LEGO DC Batman 1989 Batmobile 76139 Building Kit (3,306 Pieces)

This is an amazing set! Wish I could have got it from Lego before it retired! Paid WAY too much for it but that’s how the Lego retired market goes… because chumps like me will pay out the ass for them. Overall, pleased with it.

Amazing just amazing

Got this as a birthday present and hes had a great time putting it together. The complexity of it is fun and awe-inspiring. Be prepared to spend several sessions working on it, so a separate, kid-free zone is necessary. You dont need to be a Lego person for this either. The instructions are easy to follow--detailed--but easy. Any Batman fan will think this is awesome.

Not a complicated build but it’s very large, it’s longer then the Bugatti I have. If your a Batman fan I really recommend this set before it’s discontinued.

Still building. This is a good one to start and take your time with. There are 25 numbered bags and 2 bags are pieces that you might need that weren’t in the numbered bags.

Honest Lego Review: Style: I find the building kit to work for any Batman fan that is aged Preteen-Adult range. Flaws: It is the most pieces over 3000, that we have ever attempted to complete and should set some time aside to dedicate to its assembly. Not a convertible model, once it is built, well you cant do much of anything besides place it on your bookshelf or somewhere else to display. Overall, I recommend this Lego set because it really is an awesome large model. My son has a couple different batman mobiles but none at this scale. He loves the color black, you will see a lot of that color over a good period of time. My son is very patient and loves building, so this was an excellent set for him to dedicate his focus and time (instead of wasting time playing video games). A gift from my loving wife. Took me about 8.5 hours in total. Great kit and very impressed. I’m a huge Batman fan and this was really fun to build. Car rotated on base, machine guns raise from hidden panels, and the canopy opens to reveal the cockpit. I’m off to watch the movie now. :)
