This is a must if you have a Ikea cabinet. Humidity says all day long with the auto setting. Definitely would recommend.

I love this thing! Looking at it just makes me happy! The color is great, I love that its white and the touch screen makes it feel so modern. Love the remote because I can change settings without getting up if I needed to. It does make some noise, I would say less than a fan but still noticeable if you are sensitive to noises. The higher the moist level you choose the noise it is. I love white noise so not a downside for me but if you wanted something silent this is probably not for you. It does last a super long time if you fill it up and I put it on the second just level on 75% humidity. It will auto shut off when it gets close to being empty which is so relieving. I never worry about it overheating or burning etc because it has auto shut off every single time! I fill it with distilled water because I despise cleaning my products and didnt want mineral build up since my water is so hard. Ive been using it for about three weeks and still havent noticed any of the build up others mentioned and I use it every night on the week days and all day on the weekend. I will say if you are looking to buy this just buy it new! Do not buy used... I tried buying it used first and the one I got said no damage except the box and the box was sMASHED. Looks like someone kicked it around and sat on it which of course meant the machine inside was all scratched up as well as had insane amounts of white residue EVERYWHERE not just in the tunnel area but in the box on the machine, literally everywhere. Pretty annoying when it was labeled as very good quality with only damage to the box. Anyways, if you buy new you will have no problems with that because when I bought a new one it was perfectly clean with a nice new box and no residue. BUY IT!

I have a totally simple Levoit humidifier downstairs (cold only, just pour water in top, no auto shut-off, no learning curve). I use that one frequently because its so easy. This one is upstairs - I figured the heat setting would be nice if Im sick, as would the essential oil set-up, but it turned out that Im too busy to want to read the instructions, so as of yet Im just using it like the simple one downstairs. It does have two steam spouts so you can turn them in whatever direction you want. Someday Ill read all the instructions.

We have had this humidifier for a year now and it’s still going strong. It can make a 425 SQ ft room hot boxed with how much moister it can create. You can also adjust the two pointers it has to get humidity to go in different directions or a specific direction. It has a hot mode and a cool water mode which is great for different things! I also love that it has an essential oil filter where you can add essential oils for relaxation. It’s the best humor on Amazon.

I really like the humidifier. It is the first ultrasonic model I have ever purchased. Moisture output is great, easy to operate, easy to clean, and it is quite. Only thing is I cannot use it and neither could anyone else who lives in an area with hard water. You would need to fill it with distilled or purified water for use. This would make the cost of running the darn thing impractical due to the cost. If you have hard water it will deposit a fine white powdery just over everything in its path. My furnace shut due to low air flow. The particles from the humidifier had clogged the furnace filter. I thought no big deal maybe the filter was pass due (now I write the date on the end of the filter to let me know the last time it was changed) and replaced the filter only for the same thing to happen within two weeks. I am very disappointed to purchase this rather pricey item only for it to be useless for what I intended it for. I gave it a higher rating because it is good quality product. But by design is not something I can use.

It does a great job of putting moisture in the air and is a fine mist.

I love how quiet it is and it quickly added humidity to my bedroom which is where I use it. My only problem was using the app it would sometimes get disconnected and I’d have trouble turning it on manually. It’s most likely something I’m doing wrong I just don’t know what it is! Other than that I’ve had no problems with it.

This is my third humidifier - my prior purchases were much cheaper and this is worth every dollar. Best features are a timer, automatically adjusting to the humidity, it shows you the humidity in the room in real-time, and the warm mist function is a game changer. The only difficulty I will say is cleaning it. It has a lot of moving parts to be cleaned. Outside of that, I would recommend.

I own several wooden musical instruments that require consistent humidity levels. This is particularly critical in the winter when homes in my area (mid-Atlantic coastline, USA) tend to see deep declines in relative humidity levels that remain unstable, which is very bad for instruments. I require 40% - 50% RH in my office/study, which is an enclosed space of 150 sq. ft., something this unit should easily handle. It fails, mainly because its internal hydrometer is completely whacked. The manufacturer was perfectly responsive and professional when I complained and quickly sent me a replacement. Which was equally problematic, so the problem isnt one of a malfunctioning unit. The problem is with the product build. The first unit arrived and started great. I didnt need, nor have used, all the functions. I merely required 40-50% RH in my study. So my review doesnt get into the cool v. warm mist, aromatherapy options, remote control operations, etc. All of that stuff was unimportant to me. I just needed consistency. And for the first evening, the unit did great. Critical to this story: I bought two separate hydrometers, one for my study (placed about 8 feet away from the humidifier) the other in my wifes study, where she keeps her own instrument. That first night, the humidifiers RH reading was about 5 points above what the hydrometer was saying, which is to be expected: the humidifiers internal hydrometer sits right next to where the mist is created and where most of the mist evaporates, so it is to be expected that the readings will be a tad higher there. I wanted 40-50%, so I set the humidifier to 45%. I got 40% on the separate hydrometer when the humidifier read 45% and shut down. However, in the morning, I came downstairs to discover that the room had plunged to about 31% RH according to the separate hydrometer. It definitely felt drier. looking at the humidifiers control panel, I was shocked to see that the unit thought the RH in the room was above 80% RH (!). I can assure readers that my study felt drier and that it had not been transformed into an Amazonian climate overnight, with lichens growing off my bookshelves. This became the story of the hydrometer: it would work just fine for a time but would then get these wild excursions in RH readings. I came down one morning for 90 minutes of practice, and in that 90 minutes, the humidifiers RH readings climbed from 45% to 76%. The separate hydrometer on my desk registered 37% when I arrived and 37% when I left, which felt right. I can assure the reader that I didnt break out in a sweat due to the thick tropical atmosphere in which the humidifier suggested I was sitting. As noted, the customer support was kind and responsive. I had a new unit within a week. I didnt even need to send the old unit back. However, the new unit suffered from the same excursions in its RH readings. While a sample size of two hardly makes my experience a scientific study, it seems highly unlikely that I was so unlucky to receive two bad apples. It seems rather more likely that something is just off with the design of these units. There appears to be no way to calibrate the humidifiers internal hydrometer--if one could train the unit by using a separate hydrometer, perhaps I could live with it. But absent this, and as my instruments require consistency in RH levels through the winter when interior RH levels typically plunge in my area as people seal up their homes and turn on the central air, Im going to have to retire these units and move on to another brand/solution. I should add that both of the free-standing hydrometers (the one in my study and my wifes) were consistent with one another. They are on separate floors of the house so that one can expect somewhat different readings, but they were definitely within a few % points of one another, and they consistently trended together. If developing and maintaining consistent humidity levels is not a concern for you--if you simply want to turn the thing on and have it pump some moisture your way--I would still consider this a viable solution. Its quiet, easy to operate, and efficient (to be expected, as my study is only 150 sq. ft, and this unit is supposed to handle many times that). But if youre looking to set the desired RH level, turn it on, and walk away, my experience suggests that youre going to be disappointed.

My old humidifier is over 10 years old, so when I started looking for a replacement, I had specific things I wanted. It had to be quiet, easy to fill, easy to keep clean. The new humidifier has a different foot print, but holds enough water to run for 12 hours without a problem. It is easy to fill and easy to maneuver - water is heavy after all. The only issue Ive had is that if I am not paying attention, I can pinch my arm as I install the water container. The controls are easy to use and quiet. Very quiet. I love the timer feature, too. It saves the hassle of keeping an eye on the unit in case the water container is empty. I opted to not have the smart app on my phone. I dont believe it is necessary and I chose to reduce potential privacy issues by not getting the unit that requires it. All things considered, this has been my best purchase of 2022!
