A place that rhymes with ears arts direct wanted $75 for this cold water valve and these folks had it for $20. Price was excellent. Shipping was fast and well packaged. Installation was cake and pie. The fact that this lovely little piece of kit saved me from having several gallons of water come gushing out of my front load washer? Priceless!

The part was a perfect fit for my Kenmore Elite washing machine (796.41072310). I installed it very quickly and everything worked well — finally no leak!

I agree with some of the others that it is a bit louder than the OEM part. I have no comparison numbers, but I estimate it is about 20-30% louder. I have only been using it for a week, but the construction seems good. I think OEM version lasted about 8-10 years.

Received my new washer and the threads were defective on this piece. We couldnt get it replaced by HD because we did not pay for installation. The part was on backorder for weeks through LG and the price was astronomical through other sellers.

Easy to install, hardest part of the whole 5 min operation was moving the machine away from the wall.

The installation of the product was very easy. It looked just like the original. The only reason why I gave 4 star rating is that my wife noticed barely noticeable histling sound when the water passes through these valves during each wash cycle. Im not sure if it has to do the fact that they are aftermarket and not LG - original.
