Greater than one weekI loved Almay foundation in the past but the past 2 times I have bought this exact foundation off of Amazon, it comes out cakey. I make sure not to apply to much but it just does not look natural or flawless as it used to. It does come off easy under masks but I did expect that. Good for sensitive skin. Would not recommend.

> 3 dayThis foundation was delivered quickly and was well-packaged. I was a bit disappointed in this foundation because although the coverage is good and the finish was natural, I felt it left a flat dull look to my skin. I think I found a remedy by adding a drop of jojoba or rosehip oil to the foundation upon application. Wayne Goss on YouTube recommends that to give a brighter finish to foundation. It works! Along with a good highlighter, I think it improves the look of this foundation sinificantly.

> 3 dayIve use this product for years and like it very much. Medium coverage. However, this package arrived and was already separating, like salad dressing. I dont know whether that is due to age or too much heat during storage or transport.

Greater than one weekI have no idea why my local CVS stopped carrying this. Ive heard Revlon bought out Almay (?), so maybe that has something to do with it, not sure. Ive used it for years, its the ONLY make up that doesnt make my skin break out or get hot from a reaction or look oily or look flakey. I love the neutral color - my skin is fair (not pale) with pinkish undertones, so light or cool colors tend to look like clown makeup on me and medium or warm colors look like I have paint on my face. The neutral is just right. The makeup is fairly sheer, so it looks more natural, but you can layer in spots if you have broken capillaries or breakouts. (I would say its not the best if you need a heavier cover up, but it works for light cover up.) In addition to having sensitive skin, I have combination skin, so it gets oily patches AND flaky patches occasionally, but this makeup doesnt emphasize or exacerbate either problem. (Looks best if you apply it when youve freshly washed and moisturized.) In spite of all of my skin issues (now add aging to the mix), I get a LOT of compliments on my complexion, so from that Im guessing the makeup is sheer enough to look natural but pigmented enough to smooth any imperfections. The only thing Im bummed about is that it used to have an SPF rating, and it doesnt anymore. I think I read that the SPF factor (15) was no longer considered high enough to qualify for a rating label, but Im not sure how accurate that is. The whole reason I started wearing it was because I wanted something that was like a tinted sunscreen but for sensitive skin. I hope they keep this product going, I dont know what else I would be able to use...!

> 3 dayI have used this make-up for years, and really like it. I think it looks very natural if you get your color right. It has never given me any problems with breakouts, and I do have acne-prone skin. It lasts all day until removed, but you need make-up remover, as soap wont work very well to get it all off. Ponds or Neutrogena cleansing towelettes work great. One thing that Im disappointed about is that Almay reformulated their product so it no longer contains sunscreen. It was one of the only foundations that had a Titanium Dioxide, non-chemical sunscreen. Even though the product description here claims that it still does, it does not! I first noticed this at the Target where I usually get it. When I saw it here on Amazon, I thought maybe this was the older formula that still had the SPF 15. I took a chance, but when it was delivered it was the same as at Target. No SPF! It doesnt seem to affect the look or feel, but I will be looking out for a new foundation with SPF.

> 3 dayIve been using this Foundation for years. It goes on light and lasts all day. Since I dont get too much sun on my face in summer I change the color one shade darker so it looks like I have some color. Buying from Amazon much better as every retailer prices differently. Amazon gives me the best price and I save time and money not having to search for the best price out in retail land.

> 3 dayI go back and forth from this base from Almay and also the Smart Shade Anti-Aging Medium Meets Deep. Although I do prefer the Smart Shade over this base because it is lighter and good for summer, I do also love this Truly Lasting Color Liquid Makeup for late night events where I need a more full coverage and I also think I will probably use it more in the cooler months because it is thicker than the Smart Shade.
