I depend on this product! I am relatively fair and a senior with sensitive skin. I use the Ivory around my eyes as a base for eye makeup and to conceal under eye circles. I use a slightly darker shade for overall coverage and add a bit of Ivory depending on the time of year and my sun exposure. This product stays on without looking cakey and is a good defense against sun exposure. I wear it over toner and 15 SPF Moisturizer.

This foundation was delivered quickly and was well-packaged. I was a bit disappointed in this foundation because although the coverage is good and the finish was natural, I felt it left a flat dull look to my skin. I think I found a remedy by adding a drop of jojoba or rosehip oil to the foundation upon application. Wayne Goss on YouTube recommends that to give a brighter finish to foundation. It works! Along with a good highlighter, I think it improves the look of this foundation sinificantly.

Well, I love Almay in the first place since the products are hypoallergenic. But I love this Foundation although it was not quite right for me, because it is thick, but it has a very pretty finish. I particularly loved the shade Ivory. The shade was right for me but it is a thick formula because of the silicones.. ButI was able to thin it out, that is sheer it out on the sides of my face. It does have both zinc and titanium in it and that made it a little bit hard to remove until I discovered that oil does the trick! Just a tiny bit of oil in the cleanser cuts right through the zinc oxide and Presto, you can then cleanse! The color is so pretty and I still use it to mix with other foundations when my skin is darker, and looking forward to wearing it again soon since my skin is light again now that its winter.

When ordering this item it was listed $18.98 for 3oz but when it was delivered it was only 1oz. Retail price is a lot cheaper $9.98/1oz. Returned it!

Im picky. Or maybe my skin is picky. Its very fair, very sensitive and prone to redness. For this reason I hadnt been able to find a foundation that works for my skin until I tried this. A lot of foundations seem to cling to dry patches I didnt even know I had on my face, and I end up looking worse than I did without makeup. This foundation really is amazing. Doesnt irritate my skin, doesnt cause any breakouts and looks really natural. The Ivory may be a tad too dark for my really white skin in the winter (mixed with a little moisturizer fixes this issue for me) but probably will just right for the summer. I would say this is maybe light to medium coverage. It looks like my skin but better, which is probably what we all want when wearing foundation. And the price is so reasonable, considering Ive paid much more on a ton of other foundations. If your skin is like mine and youre on the fence, try it. Its worth the price for what it does.

I love Almay foundation! It is the only foundation that I actually feels like it is good for my skin. This foundation is very creamy and applies nicely. It covers acne scars very well, but is not as good at covering new zits. I like it because it doesnt cause my face to break out if I wear it all day and I have noticed that my acne scars actually look better after wearing this for a day and then removing it at night. The only con to this foundation is that it dries slightly darker than what it looks like freshly applied (so make sure you cover your face evenly to avoid streaks and foundation lines!). I used to use Neutrogena foundation, but now it is very irritating to my skin and so are their make up remover wipes. Never again will I chose Neutrogena over Almay!

No matter how much fancy, expensive brands I buy, I always compare it to this. This is my everyday light to medium coverage fondation. I have very dry skin that gets oily by the end of the day. Many different brands of make-up cake up on my skin. I also have vampire pale skin. It is especially hard to find my shade in drug store brands. Almay TLC in ivory is not too warm/pink, nor too cool tinted in shade, which matches my skin perfectly. This is one of the few formulas that dont cake up on my skin. It also mixes very well with other foundations and cream-based blushes/highlighters/bronzers. This doesnt speak for all Almay products though. I tried many of them and this so far is the best for my type of skin.

I like the color, applicability, and feel of this foundation. I have many allergies, and this foundation has never made my face break out. I get a lot of compliments on my makeup, and I credit this blendable, lightweight, and smooth foundation for that.
