Tastes delicious, super easy for grab-and-go, and definitely makes you feel more hydrated. FOREWARNING: the ingredients alter your metabolism and enzyme levels. I’m not aware of any “hydration pack” that does not, but this is something to keep in mind. The last time I had one of these, I had an annual checkup a few days later. My liver enzymes were highly elevated, and my blood work made it appear my organs were struggling to function. After weeks of additional tests and cutting things out of my diet, increasing exercise, etc. we found it was these hydration packs. Long story short - these are great and should be fine for single- or short-term use. DO NOT USE REGULARLY without consulting your physician first.

I love these! I usually put it in more than the recommended 16oz of water. The flavor is less pleasant in 16oz but not terrible. The acai berry is my favorite flavor, I didnt care for the others but they were still drinkable. They really do help and I love that they dont have all the sugar that traditional sports drinks do. Added bonus- they are a miracle after a night of drinking!

I am a lightweight, especially when working outside. At 57 and 102 pounds, I sweat profusely and get worn out fairly quickly. I always have these premixed bottles in the fridge (Acia and Lemon/Lime). They are so refreshing, and I can feel the recuperation of my overworked body. I discovered these when on a religious fast. In just two days I was so weak it was difficult to stand and walk. I had never experienced a full-body fatigue like this before. Thank you Google: Electrolytes!

Pretty sensitive to working out in summer heat, didnt think Id be able to play tennis outside because of it, but I really think Liquid IV has allowed me to because NOTHING else could hydrate me and balance electrolytes like this product. Truly been a game changer for me. Can play for two hours in 100 degree heat...water, gatorade, nothing worked for me.

Personally, the berry flavor is not the best. But at the same time, Im not drinking this for the flavor.

This additive for my water tastes great and I drink 64 ounces in a hurry. It really quenches thirst. I find it it strong enough to put in more water than the directions. It says 16oz, it works in 64 oz. Taste is not diluted at all.

These are a lifesaver whether you are working out, on vacation or pushing the limits of your body in the heat. I am not as young as I used to be. These were amazing from my last trip to Vegas! Waking up was hard, Liquid I. V. made it easy to get going again!

I live in Texas and these really help from getting dehydrated. Only problem was I was sent the wrong flavor.
