The niacin really makes you feel warm or hot when it’s supposed to be hydrating people in desert climates and stuff other then that it does work and I use it I know some who can be allergic to that though

Would be 5 star all around but it does not dissolve all that well

I live in Texas and these really help from getting dehydrated. Only problem was I was sent the wrong flavor.

I drink this on a regular basis since I get easily dehydrated. It works for me.

I have a heart condition and have to take medications that throw of my electrolytes at times. I use this once every few days.

This additive for my water tastes great and I drink 64 ounces in a hurry. It really quenches thirst. I find it it strong enough to put in more water than the directions. It says 16oz, it works in 64 oz. Taste is not diluted at all.

These taste so good and hydrate So well
