I tried these after reading about them on a Nashville visitors Facebook group. Hubby and I are big drinkers when traveling or partying and I am notorious for waking up with nausea and headaches no matter what I do. I was concerned about my 4 day getaway to Nashville being partly ruined. I followed my Facebook friends’ advice and used one una glass of water prior to drinking for the day, and then another at night before bed with an alka seltzer added. These really, really helped. Are they magic? No. But they are a very big difference.

This additive for my water tastes great and I drink 64 ounces in a hurry. It really quenches thirst. I find it it strong enough to put in more water than the directions. It says 16oz, it works in 64 oz. Taste is not diluted at all.

I love these! I usually put it in more than the recommended 16oz of water. The flavor is less pleasant in 16oz but not terrible. The acai berry is my favorite flavor, I didnt care for the others but they were still drinkable. They really do help and I love that they dont have all the sugar that traditional sports drinks do. Added bonus- they are a miracle after a night of drinking!

I love these hydration packets! I started using these daily throughout my last trimester of pregnancy in hopes they would help with my swelling and help with the dehydration I was having from continuous morning sickness. Once I started adding these to my water Ta-Da swellings gone and no more dehydration! I also added these in my water during my labor and it was the only things that kept me going for the longest 48 hours of my life. Now that my little one is here, I still drink them in support of breast feeding and have started passing these gems to my friends. My doctor has been so impressed by how well they have helped me stay hydrated, she is now reccomending them to other expecting moms. Also, my husband who works a very physical job has also started taking them in replace of the Gatorade he use to drink everyday. My only negatives to this product (other than the expensive price) is the taste can be a little strong on the salty/ bitter side so I dilute in 32 oz of water instead if the reccomended 16.

Used before a night of wine drinking g and woke up fine!

Took on a hiking trip to Utah in September. I didnt felt dehydrate at all. This is really good. But I got it from Costco same price and comes with double of the little to go packs.

I really like the açaí berry flavor. It arrived promptly. I get a boost from using it in my water. Tastes good and healthy too.
