This additive for my water tastes great and I drink 64 ounces in a hurry. It really quenches thirst. I find it it strong enough to put in more water than the directions. It says 16oz, it works in 64 oz. Taste is not diluted at all.

I use this stuff to re-hydrate after having a couple of drinks. I’m not really sure if it completely works, but it does encourage drinking extra water. It is salty to the taste and the flavor I got really doesn’t have a flavor, but I had a couple of Stur flavor drops which helps a lot. If for nothing else it help me drink more water!

Helpful for dehydration

I donate plasma, work out, drink a lot and am a college student so these are a lifesaver for me!! I always drink these a day before I give plasma and it makes the process SO much better. Before a night out drinking if I drink one of these I will almost never get hungover, or even if I know I’ll have a long day of classes I’ll drink this in the morning and feel good throughout the day. Honestly, whatever helps me reach my desired water intake is amazing to me❤️ Con: tastes HORRIBLE so better to chug, not sip

My all time favorite flavor!

This acai could have been better flavored. Need more berry flavor. Think the strawberry is the best flavor. Im truck driver and am drinking this with the water bottles I get. Staying away from Gatorade, and switching to this trying to loose weight and watch what I eat. Ill freeze water bottles with this and drink it as it melts. Good in these hot days.

Ive read, reread ingredients and cant figure out how this basic mix of electrolytes, few vitamins, and cane sugar works in hydrating the body. But however their transport of electrolytes, this product really works-- and works quickly. My husband and I have severe autonomic nervous system disorders and are constantly dizzy. Staying hydrated with proper electrolytes has helped both of us significantly with reducing dizziness and, oddly enough, also reducing severe gastrointestinal problems. Im not talking the badly needed rehydration from severe, ongoing GI problems. Rather, Im talking about the huge Reduction in the GI issue. No idea whats fixing the GI issue, but something(s) in this basic mix is in fact calming the hyper GI down. Amazing really. My husband has never drank enough fluids - typical for much of the population. When people are dehydrated they mistake dehydration for hunger and eat, not drink. Since I started filling his water bottles with two sticks of the Acai mix, hes lost about 10lbs. Again, eating has been reduced with increase of hydration. For a very basic ingredients list, this product is amazing. Ive ordered several bags now and both spouse and I feel better with the hydration and the small amount of electrolytes and vitamins. This stuff actually works!

Personally, the berry flavor is not the best. But at the same time, Im not drinking this for the flavor.
