> 3 dayI love this stuff! I have never been a big water drinker. I am a Diet Coke addict, but dc doesn’t count as water, so on many occasions I have become severely dehydrated. This causes intense swelling in my hands, legs, and feet. And, if I let it get bad enough, my brain will get foggy. Obviously this is not good. I stumbled onto an ad for Liquid IV on FB. I read about it and ultimately ordered it cos it said each stick/powder provided 3x the hydration of water alone. That sounded like a win to me! And let me tell you what!! First of all, it tastes pretty good. I ordered the açaí berry and it was nicely sweet and tart. I usually end up using more than the instructed 16oz of water b/c of the size bottle I use, but it tastes fine. Just not as flavorful as if I only used 16oz., but let’s be real here. What’s the goal? Intense flavor or hydration? So, i started drinking 2-3 packs a day in within two days i was completely NOT swollen. And my hydration levels were climbing (my scale measures body fat and hydration levels). I read some product reviews and people were complaining that there is sugar and sodium in this product. I get that some people need to watch for these things, and if you do, I’m glad you are vigilant and pay attention cos we really do only get one body. I don’t need to watch for these things and I am beyond satisfied with this product! Just the mental clarity i have when i choose this over a Diet Coke. I feel so much better, almost immediately. Anyway, my body is craving water as I type, so I’m out, but you should definitely check this out! I’m on my second order and got the variety pack so I can see which flavor i like best. Happy hydrating!

> 3 dayIf you take any medicine that gives you dry mouth, this is definitely the drink for you, it helps to not have to guzzle water and pee 157 times in 3 hours, a good sip will last a little while. This is my favorite flavor of all Liquid IVs, and I mostly drink this stuff all the time because water started tasting weird. I will be drinking it during soccer games as well and Im looking forward to being well hydrated for that! These are expensive to use all the time, but give them a try, I would just suggest not going with watermelon unless you LOVE the taste. Lemon-lime is my 2nd fave but I dont like the other fruit flavors.

22-11-2024I was nervous to try this for all of the usual reasons that these products typically fall short : chalky, gritty, doesn’t mix well, bad taste/aftertaste, doesn’t work, etc. but I was also intrigued and needing to find an aid for my issue- poor hydration that has gotten significantly worse since masking has began. I watched for a deal on Amazon and then gave them a try. I appreciate that the packing is super convenient; no scoops, measuring, funneling. I can keep some in my bag for travel/work/in the car. It does not have a smell unless you get the powder right up to your face, no “vitamin smell”. I mixed mine with cold water so as expected I had to stir a little extra but it mixed in really well and only made the water slightly cloudy, no dyes/coloring which I liked. The day I tried it I was dehydrated (extremely dry mouth, slightly nauseous, sore throat, sluggish). My first sip was oddly satisfying. You can tell it’s “more than water” but not in a bad way, similar to a sports drink but nothing artificial tasting. The taste is just right in my opinion, I’ve began to hate the taste of sports drinks so I was happy this wasn’t just a replica of them. But the aftertaste had just a slightly salty name brand (g) yellow sports drink taste which I actually really loved! Then I immediately realized my mouth wasn’t even the slightest bit dry, my throat wasn’t sore but they did NOT have a “coating” on them, my mouth just felt like a healthy, hydrated mouth! That’s what really hooked me. It did not upset my stomach at all and I did start feeling better shortly after. I do my best not to get like that often but sometimes it just happens and now I have these on hand and try to have at least one a day if I know I have not come close to consuming enough water.

Greater than one weekI tried this to see if the added electrolytes would stop muscle cramps; not really but my granddaughter loves it. Helps with added hydration

> 3 dayTastes delicious, super easy for grab-and-go, and definitely makes you feel more hydrated. FOREWARNING: the ingredients alter your metabolism and enzyme levels. I’m not aware of any “hydration pack” that does not, but this is something to keep in mind. The last time I had one of these, I had an annual checkup a few days later. My liver enzymes were highly elevated, and my blood work made it appear my organs were struggling to function. After weeks of additional tests and cutting things out of my diet, increasing exercise, etc. we found it was these hydration packs. Long story short - these are great and should be fine for single- or short-term use. DO NOT USE REGULARLY without consulting your physician first.

Greater than one weekNothing subtle about this berry taste. I wanted a water additive to be tasting mostly water with some flavor. A full packet and 24 ounces completely overpowers the water. It’s like drinking juice. I will try a half a packet, or maybe another flavor, but the berry is overwhelmingly strong. High sugar content. Will look for something similar without the added sugar

> 3 dayA noticeable energy and focus difference is recognizable after drinking. Flavors are great and the travel pack makes them ridiculously easy to carry around.

> 3 dayI find plain water unpalatable and this additive makes it taste yummy and I drink more than the recommended amount of water each day! It keeps me from getting dry mouth from medicines, as well. My biggest problem is the cost. What exactly are they putting in there that is so expensive!? I havent found any better mixes, so I guess Ill just keep buying these.
