I use this to replace losses from BP meds to help prevent leg and foot cramps. Im very pleased with how much help this has given me.

My husband has bladder issues & requires 8-10 glasses of water daily. This product seems to really be helping & gives more impact than water alone. He really likes the Strawberry flavor.

Works great! I sometimes get dizzy if I am dehydrated (I have a medical issue that can make me dehydrated). Was feeling dizzy, then I took the Liquid I.V. product, and I felt well for the rest of the day - no more dizziness! Woohoo!!

These are awesome. Completely cured my hangover. They taste a little salty due to all the sodium, but they do have great flavor. Just make sure you mix it well - if you think youve mixed it enough, keep going!

Hands down the best hydration powder in the market!!! I use it religiously, pre riding (MTB) and during my rides. It contains all the minerals your body needs. Hydrates you faster than water. You will notice the difference on your first try. If you don’t want it. Lmk, I’ll buy it from you !

There judt isn’t a lot of flavoring to the packets, I like to be able to taste the strawberry and the lemonade throughout my entire drink, but sadly I sometime HAVE to add 2 to taste the flavoring and then that makes it not worth buying again too expensive

I dont know if its just me but these are so sweet! Directions say add to 16 oz of water but because theyre so sweet i add one to 32 oz of water. The flavor is meh, Ive had better strawberry flavored water packets.

This liquid IV works very well. I start drinking it during my workout and throughout today, and I can tell the difference, I am not as tired and more energy.
