Use this regularly for hydration issues. Great product.

Works well to keep me feeling hydrated. I forget to drink water when I’m busy and so this is good for me. Tastes way better than other sports drinks. And I can add a little bit so I get just a bit of flavor in my water rather than full strength. Wish they were a bit cheaper though.

I have only been using the product for a month or so but have found that Liquid IV is better at keeping me hydrated than just water by far. Not only are the flavors great, all the added electrolytes keep my system balanced. I recommend this product.

Ive tried a number of different hydration sticks for keeping me hydrated while drinking kava kava... This one always does the trick. Almost an absolute cure - after I drink this when Im dehydrated I always start to feel better. Like a potion. Tastes good too.
