Recently took a trip to Hawaii and this kept the whole family hydrated well from adult down to age 6. I also deal with Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) AND Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS), I drank about 3 of these a day and it helped keep me upright and prevented headaches and heat exhaustion dehydration. Will be putting this on my subscribe & save order. So far weve enjoyed the strawberry, fruit punch, and lemon lime flavors. We did not like the lemon ginger energy one though.

The product itself is 5⭐️ shipping is another story. 7 days to actually leave and then 2 days to receive. Boo!

This tastes exactly like the cream soda flavor of Dum Dum suckers. It is fairly sweet. You may want to try one of the other flavors if you are looking for something not as sweet or dont like that particular flavor. The last bit of the glass was starting to be a bit much for me and I definitely have a sweet tooth. I cant compare it to any other flavors as this was my first try of this brand. I will be trying a different flavor next time since this isnt what I was looking for flavor wise.

I needed potassium due to a cancer diagnoses… which is very high in this product. Works great but I definitely need a different flavor

This is not your typical “tropical punch” flavor (I don’t enjoy that flavor.) These taste great and work wonders for hangovers.

I love to drink liquid iv after a night out or before workouts. All of the flavors I have tried so far are delicious. The tropical punch was very good! They taste delicious and leave me feelings hydrated.

My family uses the Liquid IV when they are sick.

I like to take these on vacation for extra hydration when I drink. Love how consistent they are overall and that I can just throw them in my bag on the go.
