I am a banquet server and work many shifts outside in the warmer weather. I dehydrate very quickly so having this product has truly helped me big time. I always carry several packets with me to have throughout the day. I learned about this product when we had a VIP group at our hotel and they were heavy drinkers and they used them every morning. They taste great too. I got the tropical fruit and love the taste.

Ive been using Liquid IV for years. Usually I get it from Costco but theyre very limited on flavors so I decided to branch out and try some from Amazon. The only major negative to these is that they contain stevia, which upsets my stomach a bit. You dont really taste it though. Ill use one packet in my 40 oz bottle and its still tasty even though its diluted. That helps with the fact that its over $1 per packet. Ive tried all the flavors and the only one I HATE is the strawberry. It tastes like Im eating strawberry lip balm from when I was a preteen. Bleh. I think these taste way better than the Nuun brand tablets, which have a gross overwhelming stevia flavor that lingers on your tongue.

Not my favorite flavor as it is very sweet! I mixed it with 16 oz and think it would be better if I used more water. Still very refreshing though.

I bought this to travel to all inclusive resort in Punta Cana for my wedding and stay hydrated.It keep me hydrated as it was supposed to peed often and I didn’t have any hangovers for the five days while I was there. I took this every morning. However, I got sick of the flavor really quick. I would recommend you buy the variety pack because this taste like coconut fruit punch. If you’re an ingredients person I add in a picture of the back of the bag.

LOVE liguid IV! I bought this for a couple family members that do not drink water and for myself (for workout recovery and hangovers). They do help with hydration and tastes pretty good.

Was what I needed

Opened package to use one and it came out with powder on it. Took all the packets out to find one that is open and powder in the bottom of the bag. All the other ones are fine and excited to try the new flavor!
