Not the best flavor, but they work

These are alright. I had purchased because some say it helps increase milk supply for breastfeeding. I never saw a difference. The flavor is great which was nice.

The product itself is 5⭐️ shipping is another story. 7 days to actually leave and then 2 days to receive. Boo!

I love liquid IV and I really wanted to like this flavor but it was not what I was hoping for. If anything, this taste like pina colada. So, if you like those this will be great. I got no other flavors from it and I was hoping for more of a citrusy punch flavor. I got none of that. I wish I could exchange for another flavor because I will probably just waste the rest of these after trying one. Again, this is nothing against Liquid IV, just this particular flavor.

Tastes great, does rehydrate as promised. A little pricey but very convenient to carry around as it is ready to mix immediately.

This product is a miracle worker! I exclusively breastfeed my 3 month old and one day my supply was basically nonexistent. I went from waking up and pumping 5 ounces on one side, to barely producing an ounce altogether. I began mixing these packets with coconut water, body armor, and water. Within 3 days my milk was back! I have liquid Iv to thank for helping me continue on my nursing journey.

Not my favorite flavor as it is very sweet! I mixed it with 16 oz and think it would be better if I used more water. Still very refreshing though.

Over half of the packages and one bag had less than half the amount in the single serve packages in them that they should have. But at your own risk from the store.
