This product is a miracle worker! I exclusively breastfeed my 3 month old and one day my supply was basically nonexistent. I went from waking up and pumping 5 ounces on one side, to barely producing an ounce altogether. I began mixing these packets with coconut water, body armor, and water. Within 3 days my milk was back! I have liquid Iv to thank for helping me continue on my nursing journey.

Ive been buying these packets for a couple of years. I work in a hot manufacturing environment in Georgia. This product will quench your thirst. Ive tried drinking water and gatorade to the point of it sloshing in my belly and id still be thirsty. Not with this product. great for travel and specifically trade shows.

Started this because once I got an iv from urgent care, I needed some at home to continue staying hydrated. Water and pedialyte alone were not enough. Soon as I started taking this I immediately felt hydrated! Works just as good as an iv! Love this because it has flavor and taste good. Highly recommend!

Ive been using Liquid IV for years. Usually I get it from Costco but theyre very limited on flavors so I decided to branch out and try some from Amazon. The only major negative to these is that they contain stevia, which upsets my stomach a bit. You dont really taste it though. Ill use one packet in my 40 oz bottle and its still tasty even though its diluted. That helps with the fact that its over $1 per packet. Ive tried all the flavors and the only one I HATE is the strawberry. It tastes like Im eating strawberry lip balm from when I was a preteen. Bleh. I think these taste way better than the Nuun brand tablets, which have a gross overwhelming stevia flavor that lingers on your tongue.

These are alright. I had purchased because some say it helps increase milk supply for breastfeeding. I never saw a difference. The flavor is great which was nice.

I dont really like fruit punch so I was worried I wouldnt like it but the tropical is so freakin good! I always drink this flavor when I am laying out by the pool! Makes me think Im on a tropical vacation.

I was on the fence to try RBI’s flavor just because so far the only flavor I’ve been able to actually enjoy the taste of so far is the Açaí Berry one. But the Tropical Punch was pretty good!
