Someone recently suggested that this product was better than Emergen-C. When my fiance recently got sick with the vid, I had him use it and I did as well. He was over the sickness in about 5 days and I never caught it. Id say thats a win!

Its hard to shake up completely. I was using because had diarrhea trying to stay hydrated. Not sure it does what it said and its expensive to me.

I have been having issues cramping so I make sure to drink lots of water and one sports drink a day after working in the heat. Invariably I start to get cramps in my calf and toes so I drink more and take supplements. I drank this per advise from my son and all I can say is, WOW! After working in the sun all day I felt so much better within a few minutes. No more cramps. I was introduced to this last summer and I am making sure I am stock up. If you work in the heat you need this stuff.

I play 3 to 4 hours of outdoor pickleball several days a week. I have to have this. It keeps me hydrated and the taste is good. Everyone knows about this and most people out on our courts use it. Keeps you playing for hours. Love it !

This works excellently as a hydration product for people with POTS and other autonomic conditions. The real sugar helps with absorption of electrolytes and is part of what makes it so effective. Unfortunately, they decided to add a sugar substitute on top of it... Im very sensitive to the flavor of monksfruit, I find it rather horrible. I can choke this done, but definitely towards the bottom of the cup where the flavor often concentrates if I leave it for a bit, Im struggling. Would love a version of this without a sugar substitute, even if it was less sweet.

This Tastes great. Comparing the labels of this one, orange flavor immune support, to the lemon lime electrolyte, the immune support has the same qty of vitamins and minerals but then also has vitamin C and zinc. For less than $2 more thats worth it!

Not happy about the amount of sugar but more interested in hydration. Cancer takes it out of you. Staying hydrated is the key. Just drinking water does not work. This flavor is my new favorite.
