This is not the cheapest product but the taste is worth the money. I don’t like to drink water so I decided to try it to stay hydrated. I did try different products but this has the best taste and many flavors to choose from.

Yes it really is that easy, dump the powder in your water bottle, close and shake the water, and drink it. All the flavors are great, obviously a touch salty, but who isnt these days.

I hadnt seen Liquid IV with Vitamin C before, so I was excited to see this. I worried the taste might be as good/doable as the original but it is great! The additional Vitamin C in this kind is what made me choose this flavor. Because if youre using Liquid IV, why not get the one with even more benefits? Highly recommend! The flavor is subtle and easy to drink. Liquid IV blows Pedialyte out of the water with the ingredients and vitamins in it.

I had surgery and needed to get back on my feet quick. This really helped me to get my strength back. I only did 1 per day and within a couple days I felt so much better. I was up and doing housework again. Well worth the money!

Someone recently suggested that this product was better than Emergen-C. When my fiance recently got sick with the vid, I had him use it and I did as well. He was over the sickness in about 5 days and I never caught it. Id say thats a win!

Great product dont like the taste

The flavor is delicious, we love liquid iv and this one has come in handy with fighting all these nasty germs around. Take it to help boost our immunity especially when we know we will be in crazy crowded busy places. Like recently we went to Vegas an drank one each more.

My Son started me on this so easy to mix with water because of this I have no hydration problem for that I am grateful plus it tastes good

Great product for me who is often dehydrated.

I have added these packets after a night of drinking and they really help prevent a bad hangover. I normally drink over 80 oz of regular water daily, but when i add one of these I feel more hydrated faster. They help after a hard work out as well. I plan on using them more often when the weather is super hot to help stay hydrated. The flavor is good (better than the lemon lime), all of them are best when the water is SUPER cold. You really need to stir/shake well for it to dissolve well. I do wish the sugar/carb content was lower, but when you need it, you need it. Amazon sale price was awesome. Otherwise, I think they are a little pricey.
