I play 3 to 4 hours of outdoor pickleball several days a week. I have to have this. It keeps me hydrated and the taste is good. Everyone knows about this and most people out on our courts use it. Keeps you playing for hours. Love it !

I need to up my hydration a few times a week and was disappointed with the unnecessary amount of sugar in there (compared to other electrolyte powders) and also a weird aftertaste.

Easy to add to water and especially good for those who need to drink water, but really don’t like to at all. My husband was told by his doctor to increase fluids and our daughter suggested this. My husband liked it very much.

I love plain water, so don’t usually like the flavor stuff. However this brand actually tastes good and has added benefits which is great! I love using them on workout days or days I know I’m not getting my normal water intake.
