It works good for hydration, but it’s overpriced I feel

I love this product. I have had heat exhaustion and at my age (75) it takes longer to recover but this speeds up the recovery time for me. I can only drink so much water but IV Boost gives you what your body needs to recover. The big part is it is low in sugar (11g) which is important for diabetics. This also has Zinc which helps the immune system. Now I do not mix a cording to the instructions. Usually, the flavoring in these types of products is overdone (very strong) so I use A Smartwater bottle of 23.7 Fl Oz instead of the recommended 16 Oz. at this mix ratio I can drink the entire bottle in just a few swallows.

They passed out Liquid IV samples at Spartan. I wish theyd come back and hand out more... Ive bought enough for another free sample. I love this stuff. I really like the flavor of this one. I use the heck out of it.

I love the flavor and everything about it, but one thing that doesnt do a great job compared to the other liquid ivs is that it doesnt disintegrate very well. Im always left with a bottom filled power drink. I did stir a lot too.

Great taste. Works amazing to keep hydrated. I like mine with less powder and it’s so easy to adjust for flavor and packets are small and convenient- perfect for trip.
