Downside is it has too much sugar

I originally bought this for a bachelorette party to use for everyone when things got really wild and it worked perfectly. Since I have been hooked. I now travel with it when I’m starting to feel dehydrated, or if I am just at home mowing the lawn in high heat. It’s super easy to have handy, and I enjoy this flavor the most. It can be a little strong if you use it in less than the recommended amount, but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Highly suggest, it has saved me more than once when I forget to drink water and I can feel dehydration seeping in.

This stuff is amazing. I work in an office which is so dry all the time and just generally suck at remembering to drink water so I find myself with a dehydration headache more often than Id like. I got a sample of Liquid IV in my FabFitFun subscription box and was surprised by how well this stuff worked. All the flavors are great, but Strawberry and this Tangerine are my favs. Its not too overpowering or fake tasting and it takes about 15 mins for my headaches to go away. Also when I drink it in the morning I think it peps me up, especially if youve had a drink or two the night before. I know its designed for hardcore athletes, but from a stupid office worker who cant remember to drink water, thank you Liquid IV for helping a girl out.

I’ve been using liquid iv products for at least 2 years and they are all great. This immune support is doing wonders! Newborn grandson keeping us all our toes and sleepless and I’ve been able to ward off the usual cold that comes when I’m sleep deprived. HIGHLY recommend this product.

I love liquid IV. I have yet to try a flavor I dont like. And they are so hydrating. I use them on days I workout twice to rehydrate WITH electrolytes (which is extremely necessary). The immune benefit of these ones is great too. 2 birds 1 stone. And the tangerine flavor is delicious. I use 1 pack in about 20-25oz of water to dilute the flavor a bit but even in 16oz it is not overpowering. Also, great hangover cure.

Heres amazon asking me to review something before Ive been fully able to experience it, but here is what I have so far and will update tomorrow to determine if it helps hangovers: A lot of reviews say it tastes bad, but I like bland tastes so I think its fine, Id compare it to a lemon/lime flavored alkaseltzer tablet or a lemon/lime Gatorade with salt added to it so depends on your taste buds. Definitely nothing to puke over. I had a packet earlier today while working and I felt more alert in a way and didnt feel on the verge of getting a headache like I do all the time. I get headaches a lot and I also like to drink a lot but, like everyone, hate the hangover, so thats mainly why I got this. I drank another one this evening before indulging in adult beverages, so I will update tomorrow about the hangover status. **UPDATE After having one of these and drinking a lot of vodka and champagne, I had another one before bed (which ended up being 5am), then I woke up around 10-11am and didnt feel as crappy as I usually do when I drink that much and stay up late. There was still a hangover headache, but I was able to get up and run errands without dreading it or feeling like dying. If youre a light drinker then this would probably erase the hangover almost entirely, but Im an alcoholic and drink more than the average Joe so I get pretty much disabled the next day after a night of heavy drinking to the point where I refuse to get out of bed and take sleeping pills to sleep it off, but my head was tolerable and I got a lot done.

Someone recently suggested that this product was better than Emergen-C. When my fiance recently got sick with the vid, I had him use it and I did as well. He was over the sickness in about 5 days and I never caught it. Id say thats a win!

This Tangerine flavor mix reminds me of G orange drink. It is ok, the packets would be good for travel. We intend to take them on a long trip. The nutrition facts show a long list of vitamins along with Zinc & Potassium and their proprietary Wellmune® for the immune system. Worth a try to help maintain health.
