Downside is it has too much sugar

These are easy to throw in my bag and mix it with some free water at work. These are the sweetest Ive tasted so far. Sweeter than Pedialyte or Drip Drop. This one has quite the after taste of the sugar substitutes and Stevia. For me? The flavor is strong enough to make 12oz with ice. Fills me up, satisfies my sweet tooth (all of them) And keeps me hydrated during my 12-16hr shifts. Less headaches. Id still repurchase

This stuff is amazing. I work in an office which is so dry all the time and just generally suck at remembering to drink water so I find myself with a dehydration headache more often than Id like. I got a sample of Liquid IV in my FabFitFun subscription box and was surprised by how well this stuff worked. All the flavors are great, but Strawberry and this Tangerine are my favs. Its not too overpowering or fake tasting and it takes about 15 mins for my headaches to go away. Also when I drink it in the morning I think it peps me up, especially if youve had a drink or two the night before. I know its designed for hardcore athletes, but from a stupid office worker who cant remember to drink water, thank you Liquid IV for helping a girl out.

Great product, great flavor. A little more expensive than some other brands out there.

I bought this for my brother because he was doing a lot of outside work. He has health issues so being dehydrated was a definite problem. He doesnt like other sports drinks so finding an alternative was necessary. I finally found it. He loves the taste and this has become his go to drink.

I could not absorb enough hydration with drinking water or another sport drink. If you are suffering from a light bleed due a medical condition, then this will help you so much. I start my day off every morning and and dry mouth has slowed so much.

I have never tried anything like these so I didnt really know what to expect. After reading reviews I was hoping they were sweet as many stated, because I like sweet drinks. These were not sweet at all. It tasted like a put salt on and orange and took a bite. It was soooooo salty. I had to chug it because it just tasted weird. I was worried about having swelling after that much salt but I seemed to be fine. I also didnt notice and difference at all in how I felt. I will continue using them but I dont know if Ill ever buy them again.

Tastes good, feels better. I bring these to parties and events and convince every one of my friends to end the night with a liquid IV if they want to wake up ready to rock. Has not failed us!!! So convenient. I can easily carry a few in my purse at all times.

Used because doctor wants me to stay hydrated without much sugar

The flavor is delicious, we love liquid iv and this one has come in handy with fighting all these nasty germs around. Take it to help boost our immunity especially when we know we will be in crazy crowded busy places. Like recently we went to Vegas an drank one each more.
