> 3 dayPurchased this as an alternative primer for painting miniatures. Have had mixed results depending on the quality and type of miniatures I was priming. With cheap plastic it had a lot of pinhole bubbles appear as it dried, I can only assume due to a reaction to the quality of the plastic, however with decent quality miniatures it did a really decent job of priming the miniatures. You just need to be aware in advance the results can be hit and miss and may require a bit of experimentation to find out what does and does not work, and where you need to thin the Gesso or not.

> 3 dayThis is my second bottle purchase. I like to use it on paint by numbers canvas whether it was treated by manufacturer or not. It primes the canvas making it easier to paint as acrylic paint tends to stick better to the canvas. Using clear gesso allows the numbers in the canvas to be seen so theres no problem painting. It does seems to damage the brush hair faster as gesso primed canvas tends to be a bit sandy, but I like it as it makes painting so much easier and faster.
