> 3 dayA few decades ago, Liquitex, and other brands, were pushing Acrylic Gesso, which is what this is. Liquitex used a lot more acrylic and less filler (white pigment with chalk or something like silica.) So it was less opaque, less absorbent than traditional gesso, and more flexible. 2-3 coats to cover a panel.
