Liquitex Professional Gesso Surface Prep Medium, 3.78L (128-oz), Clear

Many of my art friends recommended this for creating a working surface for pastel art. It does work well!

Have many different makes of gesso but love this one. Nice tooth if painted, perfectly smooth surface if laid down with a credit card and good coverage.

Ive used liquitex products for over 25 years and the paintings I have show good quality after all this time. This gesso covered the canvas painting that was underneath great.

I use liquitex gesso because it is nice and thick and flows onto my supports with ease. Has a nice, buttery consistence.

Came with bottom busted open into s 2 inch slit. It had sealed via dried tar gel, but some product list.Otherwise , I love the product itself.

I have never used black gesso before. I am still experimenting with it, but I like it so far. Good product.
