Ive used liquitex gesso before and liked it. The clear gesso was disgusting. I bought it to prep a wood piece and it was gritty- I could brush it off with my fingers.

I used this on a 60x80 black canvas and it dried white. Im devastated that I now have to buy a large amount of black paint to fix,which is what I was trying to avoid. Also STILL need gesso, but wont use this again

This is a very tiny container. Nothing in the pictures give you scale. Tricky tricky but no bueno.

First time using black gesso and was surprised how it covered my page in one coat. When I poured out, it seemed thin so I thought it was take more than one coat. This was on Manila colored cardstock, so it might need more coats depending on what you are covering. I am happy with it and would recommend it.

Great to find clear Gesso for Rock painting. Tried white and various colors, but clear leaves me freer with the paint.
