> 3 dayI do not need a gaming quality mouse, but was looking for one that has good accuracy, isnt too expensive, and is a good size. I have long fingers and cheaper mice all seem to be smaller, my hand engulfs them. This is the slightly larger size I wanted, it works well, and the price was decent; so happy with it so far. My only gripe is the scroll wheel is noisy. It works fine, so Im sure Ill get used to it; and definitely not a reason to avoid the mouse, it just stands out to me when Im scrolling through something long.

> 3 dayi bought it because the dog of my friend made a vase fall on my original MX 518 . i bought a G Pro but i liked my original MX 518 better ( better grip and overall use).So that is why i bought this remake. It is a very good mouse but i like the original MX518 more. This remake feels different( read for me less good). Nevertheless in my opinion one of the best mice you can buy nowadays

> 3 dayDont know if its just the mouse I received, but the mouse tracking feels strange. Cursor moves smoothly sometimes and then all of a sudden stutters for a split second causing me to have to lift the mouse and move it again for the cursor to cross the screen. Movement was better a textured mat compared to my mouse pad or just a hard smooth surface, but disappointed that my old mouse (also logitech) that Ive been using for three years on a mouse pad still works better.

> 3 dayBought this to replace a logitech g602 whose middle button stopped working. The scrolling works but click does not. Had that mouse for a few years so oh well, things cant last forever i guess. Decided to order this mouse and was a great replacement at first. I dont need anything fancy at the moment, just needed a mouse with decent dpi and buttons that work. However, a little over a month later, the right mouse button starts double-clicking when i single-click. It is super annoying.. And no, i dont abuse my equipment

17-04-2025Does not need any installed software to work, it works right out of the box on Mac, Windows, and Linux (I use it for all three). No issues at all, though if you accidentally click the DPI buttons it can take a minute to get your cursor speed fixed again. Overally this is a really good mouse. I was skeptical because it seems they do not sell this model directly to the USA for some reason, so you have to buy it from a third party vendor who re-imports it from overseas (??? not sure how this works), but the mouse is legit. The only thing I do miss is the option for a free-spinning scroll wheel like in the MX500 series, but I have gotten by just fine so far without it.

Greater than one weekCompared to the G400s that I had previously, the coating felt garbage on the mx518 legendary and the mouse overall felt a lot cheaper compared to the G400s. The cable was too thin to use in my zowie bungie so that made it even more annoying.

> 3 dayGenerally good. But the scroll wheel is not very accurate.

> 3 dayIf I jiggle the mouse cord while its plugged in to my primary Windows laptop, it stops being recognized by my laptop, and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I dont have this issue with any other device I plug into my primary laptop. I didnt return it since it seems to work well with my Chromebook. I would pass on this mouse, however, in the future.

> 3 dayThis reminds me of the original and it helped resolve some lingering issues I had with my old mouse. Great purchase!
