Product description was unclear. Only the 2-D version has an eco mode. The 3-D version does not.

The flashlight seems to be working fine. What I don’t like is the fact that it came with generic batteries. In the picture, it shows energizer brand batteries. The batteries the flashlight came with, are an unknown brand.

It is a very reliable flashlight and it is so bright that if I chose I wouldnt have to put my outside lights on to check on any noise at night living in the country. BUT since we have a lot of different wild animals, I use both. This just makes it easier not to have to get close to whatever is making the noise. Would hate to be staring at a coyote!! Definitely recommend it. Only thing is manufacture directions say you can use different levels, bright, less bright and blinking. This does not work. Just assume this unit will not do that.

I got this to replace one that the batteries ruined. It seems better than the one I had before.

Must for anyone who needs a good strong flashlight! Very sturdy and powerful; I was out in the country and it cut into the night!!
