> 24 hourYes i love this game but there’s not a teams mode which really disappoints me. There are also no mini games like the last one. Otherwise, this game is better at its core but has no extras.

> 24 hourAfter seeing some really great reviews, I got this for my Mario Party-obsessed son. The kid has had his entire family playing Super Mario Party daily for the last few months. So it came as quite a shock when this game landed without much fanfare from anyone in our household. It has a few things to hold over Super Mario Party, but not enough to justify the purchase (in my opinion). Lets compare what each game does better... MARIO PARTY SUPERSTARS: *Menus and games move faster *The single dice goes all the way to 10 (instead of 6) *No motion controlled mini-games (this is actually a con in my house) *More maps (by 1), and lots of classic mini-games *The Bonus Star settings are tweakable and optional SUPER MARIO PARTY: *Challenge mode *Team mode *Bonus mini games *River survival *A rhythm game mode *More characters and unlocks *Unique character dice, plus earnable friends on the gameboard *A sense of control regarding the outcome of dice rolls For my money, I appreciate Super Mario Partys strategic gameplay far more than this ones on-rails, RNG feel. I also wish Superstars offered even half the game modes that Super does. Super also has more characters, plus things to chase. Did I mention that the mini games in Super are mostly unique to the game mode youre playing? It keeps things feeling fresh. I really do appreciate that Superstars did such a good job with nostalgia, and letting you create games with your ideal ruleset. I just wish the devs didnt strip away all the stuff that made the other game so much fun. Superstars feels like playing Candyland, where Super Mario Party is closer to a Monopoly experience. If nothing else, both games feel very distinct from one another.

> 24 hourSummary: I recommend this game. Fun all around. I consider this game Nintendos apology for the terrible Super Mario Party game from 2018. Pros: +Many of our favorite, nostalgic maps and minigames from previous entries with improved visuals. +Online! +100 Minigames. +10 Characters with a decent variety. +Info about which entry the minigames are from and options to select certain sets of minigames. Cons: -I deducted a star because there are no meaningful unlockables (i.e. extra levels, minigames, characters, etc.). -Online isnt free. As a PC gamer, its always hard to pay for whats free somewhere else. In case you dont know. Its free to play most games online on PC. Just saying.

> 24 hourLove this game, I bought it for myself, thinking it would be too hard for my 6 year old daughter, but she loves the mini games. I have to get another one now.

> 24 hourMy game arrived on time and in perfect condition. The graphics are really nice and you can use your pro-controller, I dont think there are any motion controls. It seems to have more customization than the other Mario Parties. You can make the text faster, add more turns to a game while youre playing, and you can even pick what kind of mini-games you want to have. One of my favorite things is that the game saves after every mini-game/turn, so you can stop playing your board at any time and so back to play it later!

> 24 hourFinally! After the last two disappointing releases - the old board game is back that my friends and I know and love. I havent tried online yet, but I am so excited to play with my sisters who live in other states. Last night I played with my wife and the mini games were fun, the first board we played was challenging. This brought many smiles and many LOLs last night when we played
