Much cheaper than buyng in the store and lasts a long time. Works well and the sugar free is nice because I am T1 diabetic and always enjoy not having to take insulin with everything.

With correct use I poop like a rock star. A clean wipe is a good wipe. Meaning, if you poop and made a great deposit and you wipe and it’s clean, then you are doing it right.

Its sugar free fiber and its comparatively cheap. If I was a more balanced guy, I wouldnt need to add artificial fiber, but, it is what it is and this works cheaply.

i know taste is a very individual experience, but in my opinion, orange flavor metamucil has a far, far better taste than the supposedly taste-free fiber supplements such as benefiber (i have no idea how anyone could say such products are taste-free; they are NOT taste-free). it does its job as described. taking this supplement along with a bit more aerobic exercise and some minor weight loss has lowered my cholesterol by about 20-30. it does tend to leave a sticky residue behind on the cup after mixing. despite this, i wouldnt use any other product.

I am in my early fifties and have issues, so I take Metamucil to take care of my problem. I also take Equate Stimulant Laxative maximum strength to really do the job. You have to be careful you dont take to many of these pills or you will go to the bathroom non stop each day. Both of these together keep me regular.

Its great stuff, but the quantity description is a little off. It kind of sounds like you get two 46.6 oz bottles, but its a total of 46.6 - two 23.3 oz bottles. Thats not a real bargain.

This stuff is excellent for average people, especially on the American diet. It really has to be experienced to be fully appreciated.

Mixes with water excellently. Better than some of the less expensive alternatives available here on Amazon.
