Metamucil Sugar Free - 228 doses

I have been using Metamucil to keep me regular for years now and it works for me, I will continue to use it.

Reccomended by my doctor for daily use. Does its job but does make you quite gasy.

Use this to keep me regular.

A tablespoon per day of this dramatically lowers my cholesterol numbers and more urgently I have to drink it every single day because then it makes digestion happen every day at the same time which successfully prevents horrifying external Hemmorhoids and painful beyond belief internal fissure recurrence. I learned that while it is gross to try to drink in cold water, it is actually pleasant and tasty in hot water! I always drink it right down now no problem at all, actually enjoy it hot and no longer weasel my way out of it :) (or sometimes I put it in the blender with my morning smoothie.)

This is a miracle product. My Doctor told me to take one dose daily. I mentioned to my family what a positive difference Metamucil made in my digestive tract and now my brother, sister in law, and son use it daily. It tastes pretty good too.

I am diabetic, so sugar free is good for me. I also drink this 3 times a day to keep me going.

i know taste is a very individual experience, but in my opinion, orange flavor metamucil has a far, far better taste than the supposedly taste-free fiber supplements such as benefiber (i have no idea how anyone could say such products are taste-free; they are NOT taste-free). it does its job as described. taking this supplement along with a bit more aerobic exercise and some minor weight loss has lowered my cholesterol by about 20-30. it does tend to leave a sticky residue behind on the cup after mixing. despite this, i wouldnt use any other product.
