at first, i just want to try the product because i usually dont trust others on the Fiber health products.(because I think ppl have different digestion problem) then, the fact proves that it is a good chocie if you want to make some changes on your health. just pay attention after you pour water over it! dont wait too long to drink it becasue it will become very hard to swallowfeels like some jelly thin). also, the price is reasonable!

love the flavor of this metamucil. goes great with vanilla protein shakes. but i really dont know if all that aspartame is healthy, so I switched to non sweetened type.

The powder mixes with water very easily and even clumps into a thicker drink with smoothie-like consistency that I strangely enjoy.
