Love this stuff... take it twice daily and keeps me slim and skinny... and no does not cause diarrhea or the runs... its fiber yo!

Did nothing for my cholesterol but helps greatly with the bowels.

Its sugar free fiber and its comparatively cheap. If I was a more balanced guy, I wouldnt need to add artificial fiber, but, it is what it is and this works cheaply.

On the advice of my surgeon I began using this product after abdominal surgery. It gives me enough fiber that my intestinal episodes have been minimized. I add two tablespoons to my morning protein shake and it helps mask the chalky taste of the shake. Good stuff and highly recommended.

love the flavor of this metamucil. goes great with vanilla protein shakes. but i really dont know if all that aspartame is healthy, so I switched to non sweetened type.
