Metamucil Sugar Free - 228 doses

I have been using this for several years following hernia surgery. It works very well and the product arrives quickly and as advertised from this vender, unlike another seller.

Tastes sweet still by no sugar. Stool comes out large and clean! Supersized!

A tablespoon per day of this dramatically lowers my cholesterol numbers and more urgently I have to drink it every single day because then it makes digestion happen every day at the same time which successfully prevents horrifying external Hemmorhoids and painful beyond belief internal fissure recurrence. I learned that while it is gross to try to drink in cold water, it is actually pleasant and tasty in hot water! I always drink it right down now no problem at all, actually enjoy it hot and no longer weasel my way out of it :) (or sometimes I put it in the blender with my morning smoothie.)

Does the job.

love the flavor of this metamucil. goes great with vanilla protein shakes. but i really dont know if all that aspartame is healthy, so I switched to non sweetened type.

Did nothing for my cholesterol but helps greatly with the bowels.

On the advice of my surgeon I began using this product after abdominal surgery. It gives me enough fiber that my intestinal episodes have been minimized. I add two tablespoons to my morning protein shake and it helps mask the chalky taste of the shake. Good stuff and highly recommended.

The Metamucil product arrived more quickly than promised and was well packaged. This will be the way we order this in the future.
