> 3 dayThis took me some time to dial in my settings to account for the change from the stock hot end, but once I adjusted retraction and temp, this hot end is completely worth it. I havent had a jam since.

Greater than one weekI wouldnt use any other hot end with my Monoprice Maker Select V1 and Maker Select Plus. Both printer couldnt print worth a damn when I first got them. I installed these hot ends and they both imminently had good prints cranking out of them. The best part of this hot end? It allows me to insert and pull the filament right out of the extruder without having to go through menus and having the machine do it slowly. This helps a lot if you change colors often mid-prints.

> 3 dayI have a Monoprice Maker Select 3D Printer v2 and it would stop extruding half way through the print. I tried new PLA and changed around setting and temperatures but nothing worked. Went on a forum and someone said this worked for them. Well let me tell you...they were 100% correct. This was easy to install (if you closely follow the online directions) and my prints seem to be coming out even better now. Totally recommend this to anyone having this problem, or if you justwant to upgrade your printer for not a lot of $

> 3 dayI bought this to replace the stock setup on a Duplicator i3 Plus. Followed the instructions and had PLA oozing out of the top where the sleeve connects to the block. Covered the whole heating block. I had to order replacement parts just to go back to stock. Not recommended.

> 3 dayThis is a great upgrade. Ive been running this on my Wanhao Di3 for a couple years and have had no trouble with any filament Ive tried... which so far has included both cheap and expensive PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG from many different manufacturers. If I just factored in the cost-savings due to lack-of-trouble using less-expensive filaments, I could justify this hot-end alone. If youre running a Di3 (or a rebrand) I would also recommend the Micro Swiss CNC Machined Lever and Extruder Plate for Wanhao i3 (Full Kit)

> 3 dayExcellent upgrade for the Monoprice Maker Select Plus which allows you to print with ABS and other high-temperature filaments.

> 3 dayI did not expect much when I order Micro Swiss, especially after reading so many complains in forums when peoples Wanhao i3 with plastic leaks, clicking, jamming stories. I was a little bit scared. However, the original extruder finally starting to mess up my PETG prints big time, I knew that it is time to move on. To my surprise, the installation went smoothly. Very little efforts needed if you follow Wanhaos YouTube disassembly video. After that I screw the nozzle in, backwards 1/2 rotation and install the block. 10 min later I am ready to print. The first print, I use 10mm/s speed. Then in the next project, I use 20mm/s, and then 30mm/s and then 35mm/s on PETG and all of them are successful prints. No more wasting plastics and the model came out much more strong than the original extruder! I do not understand how it is possible but it just does! Do not hesitate if you want to print PETG, it works great!

> 3 dayObviously a used return, barrel was chewed up like it was tighted with pliers and wouldn’t fit in the block. Should have bought 10 from China for less money and at least had something I could use

> 3 dayWorks Great! I wont spend a lot of time talking about it because a lot people have already done so. I will stay that I just installed this kit on my Wanhao i3 V2. and everything is working like a charm.
