Micro Swiss All Metal Hotend with Slotted Cooling Block for Wanhao i3 w/.4mm Nozzle

> 3 dayObvious tool marks and plastic on the nozzle. Tube is full of some sort of cooled filament. I put the nozzle under my microscope and it shows heavy wear, gashes and pitting. This hotend has had quite a bit of use. If you are going to sell used stuff please advertise it as used. Will be returning.

> 3 dayInstalled this on my Monoprice Maker Select Plus because I kept getting jams with the stock PTFE solution. Its much easier to load/unload filament (though that might be partly due to the Micro Swiss extruder plate which I added at the same time). I can now also print at much higher temperatures which opens up other filament types. Just wish it came with a hardened nozzle so I could print abrasive filaments. Then itd be the perfect upgrade.

> 3 dayI went through several different nozzles and hot ends trying to get my printer healthy again. This hot end fixed all of my problems. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ON MICRO SWISSS WEBSITE. Installation took 10 minutes and my printer is back up and running like a champ!

> 3 dayBest upgrade you can possibly do for your Wanhao i3 or monoprice. Been using it for about a month now and Ive been able to print tpu nonstop now as well as wood pla with no clogs.

> 3 dayIts an easy and well worth the time upgrade. I havent experienced any problems so far and I prints are better for it. I can comfortably print at higher temps and less retraction.

> 3 dayI was excited to finally install an All Metal Hotend so I could finally print PETG. Was all ready to put it on, opened the box to this... Completely unusable and broken. How is this new? EDIT: It looks as if someone took the All Metal Hotend out, and returned the original Hotend in the box. Does Micro-Swiss even check return packages? VERY DISAPPOINTED.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace the stock setup on a Duplicator i3 Plus. Followed the instructions and had PLA oozing out of the top where the sleeve connects to the block. Covered the whole heating block. I had to order replacement parts just to go back to stock. Not recommended.
