As you can see from the pictures, the internal battery is expanded abnormally. It expended so bad and popped up the touch screen. I can put my hand inside the gap, thats how bad it is.

I bought this June 13th. Come July the screen started to black out and come back. By the end of July the screen stopped working entirely. I sent the seller a message after talking with amazon. The seller requested I conta t Amazon customer service again. I had a used Pro before from a different seller. It worked great for over a year until it was stolen. I do recommend the Pro but not buying from this seller.

Microsoft sucks. I thought they were the best.
