Microsoft Surface Pro 7 – 12.3 Touch-Screen - Intel Core i7 - 10th Gen 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD – Matte Black

Specs say 3.9 processor, but the one received was an i7-1065G7 with a 1.3 baseline. It also says the OS is Window Pro but its Home. For the price, you still may be okay with paying the $99 to upgrade but I wasnt. I really need the faster machine. The screen had some flicker issues and the back seemed to run too hot prompting constant use of extra fan noise. I gave them 3 stars because they approved the refund right away.

So far so good, had a few days...came quickly, started right up. Connected keyboard, recommend a microsoft keyboard, some others may not work.. Have pen, works great with this surface pro.

Cannot recommend this enough. Great quality, amazing power and battery life. Very good computer.

BUYER BEWARE. You will not be able to return this product after the window is closed. About two months. We bought this in December 2020, it became defective and wouldn’t turn on in Feb 2021. The best we can do is go through Microsoft and return this defective item to get a refurbished one. Very upset. You’d think spending $1200+ would get you farther than 3 months’ use. Never purchasing hardware from Microsoft again, nor software if I can help it. Garbage.

As you can see from the pictures, the internal battery is expanded abnormally. It expended so bad and popped up the touch screen. I can put my hand inside the gap, thats how bad it is.

I should have read the review. This unit came in generic cardboard packaging, rather than the original packaging. So I got suspicious and checked the reviews here, and there are others who also received them in cardboard packaging. So I checked the warranty. The warranty was activated some 3 months before I bought this. Ive used it for 3 days now, and have already installed and set it up, and so far I have not encountered any issues with it. But THE ADVERTISEMENT SHOULD HAVE SPECIFIED THAT IT IS A REFURBISHED UNIT. Others here have gotten Surface Pro 6 instead of 7. This makes sense if they are selling refurbished units. This is a false advertisement. I thought about returning it (and possibly start a class action lawsuit), but that is so much bother and work... So I am not returning it, but I am not happy.

The surface pro 7 is a great product. I have been using the apple Macbook for years but had to switch to Microsoft due to the fact that the school that I am working for now does not use Macbook pro all the programs that they have works with Microsoft. The laptop is easy to carry with you is not heavy. Start-up is fast this I like from the surface.

Perfect for what I need. I make music and do a little gaming on the side. I stream my Xbox onto this with no issue and its powerful enough to handle alot of plugins with my FL Studio program. Havent had any overload issues. I highly recommend for these applications!
