> 3 dayThis is a nice tablet/lap top hybrid. But, it is identical to my Pro 3 except for the i7 chip in the Pro 7. But, that is not enough for me to justify spending the money. Except for the i7 chips, it looks and acts like my Pro 3 so I returned it. If you are looking for a tablet/laptop hybrid and don’t have a Pro, you will like this product.

Greater than one weekI always wanted a computer that I could take with me. This computer is regarded as my birthday present for myself this year. After using it for about a week, I am very satisfied with experience. I installed several applications and they ran really well without errors. Touching the screen is very sensitive, and I often use him to make notes and draw pictures. I would definitely recommend all my friends to buy this.

> 3 dayThe Surface gives me what I want. The pictures that were given, showed that the Surface had a USB C port but the surface that I got has a mini displayport instead. I checked and found out that Surface Pro 7 dont have mini displayports, I was sent the wrong Surface Pro.

> 3 dayI was really excited about this device. It has sleek design, the screen looks great, it works like a charm with the Microsoft keyboard and mouse. Overall, I am a fan of this device, HOWEVER...

> 3 dayI had a decent surface. It had some display issues. I sent it in. It was fixed. Lost it in a freak accident. Chose to get another one because I still had all the accessories (sunk cost fallacy) and I had a goos experience. The first one came with an unlisted defect and had tons of scratches and pits in the screen, despite being like new. Sent back. Second one was clearly an altered-display refurb listed as like new. The device warrantly expired on 10/18/21, a year before I got it. So, a used two-year-old machine with a history of display issues. The new screen wasnt scratched up and I needed it, so I kept it, updated it, and then a week or two in, the screen shuts off randomly and took a moment to come back on, even while pushing the power button. Afterwards the screen had a rippling, drunken effect. No manufacturer warranty and only 30 days to return to Amazon when major display errors are happening a week in? Return it. Icing on the cake: quick, easy factory reset bricked the device. No, no, no. No more Surfaces, no more like new laptops from Amazon, no more touchscreen laptops, no more 2-and-1s. If you read this and choose to get a new, or God forbid, like new surface instead of a traditional laptop and cheap screenless drawing tablet, you deserve the misery.

> 3 dayIt is good, but definitely not worth the price. Would rather get different unit instead at that price point.

> 3 dayWorks great, lightweight and portable. We had to upgrade due to batteries dying on older models. Wish they were easier to replace.
