Some of the things I buy and use have this connector with wimpy wires with no stress relief. I attach this connector to those wimpy wires and then create a stress relief by wrapping tape around the solder joints where I connected the wires. Wrapping the tape in a tapered fashion creates a flexible stress relief.

These are bigger wire than the other pigtails out there, 18AWG vs 22AWG. Makes the difference when using with bigger power supplies. I will be back for more!

Connectors don’t fit any devices and the wire is not 18.

Works as advertised, no complaints

Ive gotten in the habit of testing parts before using them with expensive equipment. The VERY FIRST male connector I tested failed the continuity test! Both the red and black wires tested positive for both parts (outside and inside) of the connector. I tested and used two other connectors, which were fine. I just think its odd that the first connector I tested failed and wonder how many other connectors are faulty. Update: The vendor, MILAPEAK, claims that they will provide a full refund and requested more stars in return. However, I am not updating my rating because of the possible damage and confusion a short resulting from the faulty part may have caused me. The potential damage and loss of time from poor quality control would have far outweighed the cost of the part.

These pigtails are excellent. The stripped ends are tinned and each component is high quality.

These are great connectors, and they dont get hot in the applications where were pushing 5 Amps at 12 Vdc since theyre made with18ga wire instead of 20 or 22ga like other connectors. Quality & delivery are super also. Will continue to buy them!

I used the pigtail connectors for an “out of the ordinary” connection which I needed to break and make repeatedly. The pigtails worked perfectly and look like they will last for quite a while.
