I need to extend the wire on a solar panel for a Harbor Freight security light as the sunlight is not strong enough to charge the batteries in its current location. Found these and as the price was good I ordered them. I only needed one but now I have plenty of extras and if any of my people have the same problem I had I can help them out.

They are well made, and easy to install. They very useful on the small circuit boards like; boost. buck, timers, and remote control ckts. I have purchased 40 so far.

These are pleasantly inexpensive, and while the wire is not a true 18awg as advertised, its probably closer to 20awg (the wires is marked as 2x 0.6mm^2, which is just slightly smaller than 19awg). I used crimp terminals with these, and with cheap crimpers the 22-18awg terminal slid right off after crimping. After getting better quality crimpers, I had no further problems, successfully terminating about 60 of these pigtails. I bought one other brand for comparison, and those were MUCH thinner wire. The connectors are nice and snug plugging in to each other, and none of them that I received seemed to be defective. I would (and will) buy these again for future projects.

The vendor claims they are shipping connectors with #18 wire. The claim is half true and half false. The female connector wire is 40 mils in diameter or #18 wire. The male connector wire is 25 mils in diameter or #22 wire size. Dishonesty in description always rates as a 1 star product.

Connectors don’t fit any devices and the wire is not 18.

Good durable wire pigtails.most of all liked the flex ability along with the ability to easily handle the higher currents.Used these in a long run of leds with no problem whatsoever.

used these leads to make a quick connect to a battery source. These hold tight and make a great connection. Wire diameter is fine for several amps, nothing more than 5 amps. Solder well too.
