It was easy peasy! I just plugged it into one of my USB ports on the back of my tower, plugged the jack into it, and then restarted it. That is all it takes to make it work! If you just plug it in it might not work. It didnt for me until I restarted it.

It seems that customer service and I had a miss communication problem, but Gina took care of everything. Ordering a product is one thing, but how one is treated after the deal is done, says much more. Good product for the price and people that stand behind the product. Turned out to be a positive experience.

I needed this adapter to allow my old (and favorite) earbuds, audio + mic, to work with my new laptop. The earbuds no longer worked in the audio jack, but this adapter perfectly enables the mic and sound to work with all of the application on my laptop. After 1 week of daily use, Im really happy with it.

I recommend this product. The device allowed me to save about $50. I needed a headset with microphone for teleconferences at work. I already had a nice headset but it used a different plug. The USB adapter costed a fraction of the price for new USB headset. I don’t notice any changes in sound quality while using my headset.

This rocks and is well worth the money.

Tried this instead of buying a new sound card as my PC sound stopped working. What a great way to save $30. I use it as an audio output not input. Sound quality is great. Works with windows 10 and no issues installing. Just plugged in and it worked

The hole would not completely fit the apple earbud cable. Moving a tiny bit would cause the sound to stop working.

My sound card went out in my computer and found this and tired it and it does exactly what I needed I now have sound again...

Wish I would have bought this years ago! Use it with the Arama headset which is around $20 and was always incredible for use with my iPhone 6, most comfortable and good quality sound ever, does not cut out like some other cords. Recommended.
