> 3 dayI bought this so time ago and it still works! I can read it perfectly and i believe it gives me a better accuracy than other that i have bought! Will update if anything changes.

> 3 daytemps and humidity not accurate and mounting method sucks but does an ok job for the price and general location. it should not cost that much!!!!!

> 3 daySmaller than I expected (read the description, duh), but that actually works better for my purposes. Two reptile enclosures, two hygrometers in the pack, win! I also appreciate the extra batteries and the double-sided tape. The only issue is that the tape will cover nearly the entire back, including the battery access, and I cant see that going well when I have to replace the batteries. I cut the tape down, but am fairly sure they wont stay stuck for any length of time. And you probably dont want to cover the little holes with the tape, either. Great value for the price!

> 3 dayEDIT: Using my infrared heat gun, these were 1-2 degrees off. Not enough to matter if youre using these to gauge growing plants or keeping temperatures for a pet terrarium or similar function, but worth mentioning. Either that, or the heat gun is off. I have no way to calibrate either to know which is 100% perfect. Original post: I cannot confirm accuracy, but from using these around the house the past few weeks Id say the temperature is accurate. Both read pretty much exactly the same for temp and humidity when they are near each other. if I breath on them, the humidity level jumps quickly to 100% (OK, it only has 2 digit places so it stops at 99%), so I think they are close enough for my needs. My needs? I have a bearded dragon and that means I need to have live insects to feed him. So I have to keep the insects at a steady temperature and humidity level so they are healthy when it is time to feed my dragon. So this is perfect. I cut a little rectangular hole in the bin, pop this in and these batteries (if they are anything like the last ones I owned) will last for a few years. They sent extra batteries, but goodness knows if Ill know where they are when these original batteries eventually give out. I only needed one, so I took the other upstairs to the bedroom. The humidity was really low (its winter now), so this helped convince my wife that we needed a humidifier in the house. The first was too small, but my wife told me this morning that she could tell a difference in how she felt the following morning after the humidifier was running. I may toss this into the bearded dragon terrarium too. They need to be kept at a certain temperature and humidity level too.

> 3 dayIt’s the second time I’ve ordered some of these digital hydrometers and they really work great and I was not expecting to have the extra batteries which is a huge plus for me. It’s always hard for me to keep up with batteries and now I have some extra ones, keep up the great work

> 3 dayGreat little way to keep track of enclosures temperature, it’s easy to install, easy to read and maintain a good time period fit battery life.

> 3 dayI use several of these to monitor humidity inside musical instrument cases. I occasionally check their calibration using hydrated potassium carbonate as a standard, and I have never found one more than one percent high or low. Allowing for the value of the four spare batteries if you bought them at a drugstore, the devices themselves are almost free!

Greater than one weekIt is not accurate at ALL. Places it in the incubator with a govee just to see and while my incubator and govee showed 99.5 temp and 40% humidity, these showed 80 temp and 60% humidity on one and 82 temp and 70% humidity on the other. They were both placed right next to the govee in the same spot so should have read the same as govee or at LEAST read the same in both of them. They both read different from each other and not even close to the incubator or govee. Not worth it

> 3 dayI bought this for a snail enclosure. It fell off the wall in approximately 3 hours and it had no reading on the screen. After drying it off the screen worked again. Apparently it does not work in a damp humid enclosure. It was a 2 pack and I tried both with the same results. In a dry enclosure it may work just fine.

> 3 dayI use these in my jars to monitor the humidity and it works for what it is but on the back where the battery enclosure is you push it down and slide it to open or close it and the it holds the battery in and pushes it against the connectors and if the door is loose the battery wont push against the connector enough resulting in the screen being faded its nothing serious I just used a little piece of tape and put it in the back side of the door to create more pressure, pushing the battery more against the battery terminal.
