> 24 hourFor Mirka sanders, this is the best sandpaper you can buy. Breaths well for good suction. True to grit, fits perfectly, doesnt gum up quickly. However, it does like to tear on sharp edges. Use minimum of 120 grit for initial edgework and this 220 to finish off.

> 24 hourIm using lots of this stuff in oak cabinet refinishing between coats of certain sanding sealers, lacquers etc. On old cabinets where we decided not to remove all the old stain/dye layers, we abraded the surface with these before applying de-waxed shellac seal coat. The first panel was cut quickly but these pads seem to wear down much quicker than say, Festool Granat papers. In between coats, I may use the 400 grit. For really light abrasion to de-nub overspray, etc, I may use the pre conditioned (used) sanding discs. Im using the Mirka pad protectors designed for these pads on a ROS. Wish they had this available in sheets for my other orbital sander (non rotating) that uses 80x130mm paper. 5 pads to to a rectangle are well shy of getting 130mm but can be usable for corners. The dust removal is OK, but not as great as the paper designed explicitly for my ROS with a dust extractor. You can vacuum theses pads between usage, or rinse & dry them.

> 24 hourA heavy duty RO sander will eat Abranet discs like peanuts. I bought #180 but should have begun with #80 then moved up gradually. Adequate for finishing but not for finish removal. Loads up too fast for the price. Plan to try Mirka next.

> 24 hourI ordered 320 grit and received 400. The box was labeled 320 but another sticker was placed on it that said 400. The discs themselves are marked 400. For 400, they work well and last well. But they obviously take longer to get the desired finish than the 320 grit that I wanted.

> 24 hourNot a bad product but also not good was using on a festool and a DeWalt sander had bad luck with them staying on the dewalt. They dont clog and seem to have a fairly decent life span. And since mesh dont have to worry about hole patterns lining up which is why I purchased

> 24 hourHavent used this grit yet but the others that I have work pretty good at removing old finish since they dont seem to gum up like normal paper.

> 24 hourLong lasting. Not scientific, but last about 2-3 good paper sandpaper.
