These discs work perfectly with my Mirka CEROS sander. Theres less heat build up than conventional discs. My only comment, and this is true of all the Abranet discs, is that they tear on the edges more readily than conventional discs. With care this can be limited.

I did not receive the 400 or 600 grit discs. All the other discs were present and worked great, till I went to sand to the higher grits I wanted to use. It isnt worth the time to take the whole set to return and reorder as I rarely will need those higher grits, but is worth noting. Despite the issue, I have used these for varied woods and resins. Definitely work well.

Long lasting. Not scientific, but last about 2-3 good paper sandpaper.

If you have a Mirka Ceros (or Deros, I would presume) sander, this is simply the best bet for sanding disks. See my other reviews. The finish achieved with these sanding disks is superior, in my opinion, to paper disks. They seem to last longer, probably a function of more efficient dust/swarf removal and less heat build up.

After receiving 3 boxes of these in Clayton packaging and reading the other reviews on here I reached out to Clayton directly. They confirmed that they are a partner of Mirkas and provide materials to the aerospace and military industries. They purchase the Mirka material in large rolls and cut the discs themselves. So there is nothing to be concerned about with regards to the authenticity if the box says Clayton but the discs say Mirka.

Havent used this grit yet but the others that I have work pretty good at removing old finish since they dont seem to gum up like normal paper.

Sanding mesh does a great job sanding the surface and the dust collection on my Festool sander is exceptional with the Abranet discs. However, it also does an excellent job of sanding down the velcro hooks on the sanding pad. After about 5 hours of sanding, the hooks on the pad no longer grab the loops on the discs. I am now having to replace the pad on my sander, so that is my only complaint on this product. There is a wear pad available to help prevent this - something you may wish to look into if you are going to use this.

Great product, superior sanding, less loading up. I use in wood bowl turning, BUT this is the 3rd time I have ordered 80 grit and get 400 grit. This time I got a box of 400 grit with an 80 grit torn off top of a box says 80 grit.

Unfortunately, the pads do not stay stuck to my Bosch ROS20VSC. Even after thoroughly cleaning backing pad.
