> 3 dayThe discs themselves are fine. But like some others have said, I did not receive 400 or 600 grit even though the images and the box I received indicate I should have. Those were part of the main draw and their absence certainly decreases the value proposition rather significantly.

> 3 dayThese are pretty amazing. Id been using Harbor Freight sanding discs for ages and recently got some Mirka solid sanding discs and was impressed by the improvement. I just saw these mesh discs, also from Mirka and decided to give them a try. I think theyre as much better than the standard solid Mirka discs as those were from my old HF ones. They sand unusually quickly and leave a good finish. The only problem they have is tearing. If I hit a sharp corner with the outer edge of the disc it runs the risk of tearing the disc, which then propagates quickly. Otherwise the grit lasts indefinitely as far as I can tell. Ive always torn one before the grit wore out. Im toying with running a bead of epoxy around the outer edge on the back side so that it wont tear as easily. Im afraid thatll mess with the quality of the work, though.

> 3 dayThese are amazing. So few things are this close to perfect. Virtually zero dust with my sander hooked up to a vacuum. You just shake/beat off the built-up gunk and theyre good as new. Youll get more sanding done with a single one of these than you will with a whole box of the paper ones (and more quickly because youre not constantly dusting them off or changing them out)

> 3 dayIf you are looking for a top notch sandpaper, look no further. I tried out one of their starter packs a few years ago and havent regretted it. They are a little more expensive than normal sandpaper, but they are worth the money because they are almost impossible to clog. Mirkas goldflex hand sandpaper is also amazing. So far, I have not found a sandpaper brand that will outdo Mirka and I doubt I ever will.

> 3 dayThis stuff is amazing. Adding this to the Mirka sander means a practically dust free sanding experience. Obviously no sanding operation will every truly be dust free, but this stuff is right up there. You have to really pay attention to what you are doing since the lack of dust makes it seem like the pads arent working, but before you know it, youll be through veneer or have a rounded corner. I recommend the abranet abrasives for both the mirka and for woodturning since there is almost sanding dust clog. It is a little more expensive than regular paper, but lasts longer. You get what you pay for.

> 3 dayThis box of sandpaper was correct. I wanted the 120 grit 5-inch Mirka sanding disks, and thats what I got. Didnt matter they were in a different box.

> 3 dayI use it with a festool sander hooked up to a vacuum, and there is no dust in the air whatsoever. Only the tiniest film of dust remains on the wood surface after sanding, which wipes up easily with a microfiber cloth. The sanding action itself is superb, the low grades cut quickly, and the high grades will leave a glassy smooth finish even on a soft surface like baltic birch ply.

> 3 dayAbranet is definitely longer lasting than traditional orbital sanding disks. Its the only abrasive disk i use now. For those of you interested or curious: I did purchase a big box of the Autonet to compare. My observations: stick with Abranet for wood sanding. Autonet does not last nearly as long on wood. Also, you do need to hook into dust collection to gain all the benefits of Abranet, otherwise there will be sanding dust everywhere just like any other abrasive disk.

> 3 daySanding mesh does a great job sanding the surface and the dust collection on my Festool sander is exceptional with the Abranet discs. However, it also does an excellent job of sanding down the velcro hooks on the sanding pad. After about 5 hours of sanding, the hooks on the pad no longer grab the loops on the discs. I am now having to replace the pad on my sander, so that is my only complaint on this product. There is a wear pad available to help prevent this - something you may wish to look into if you are going to use this.
