> 24 hourI was sanding shellac on a guitar. Did a good job but the pads didnt last as long as I had hoped given the price.

> 24 hourLong lasting. Not scientific, but last about 2-3 good paper sandpaper.

> 24 hourGreat sandpaper. I order this frequently for my shop. However, amazon fulfillment is a joke. I order 220 grit and 3 times have gotten 80 grit.

> 24 hourI didnt realize there is a difference between the regular Abranet which uses aluminum oxide and the Abranet Ace that uses ceramic oxide. The ceramic oxide really keeps cutting for a long time. Oh well, Mirka sanders are excellent and even the regular Abranet is still a good product. FYI, seems like these burn out hook and loop pads on some non-Mirka sanders. You may want to use them with a pad saver.

> 24 hourBest abrasive on the planet when used with the proper tool and dust extractor (for me its the very fine Deros & 912 Vac system) It works when you use it as its designed to work with dust extraction on the tool.

> 24 hourIf you have a Mirka Ceros (or Deros, I would presume) sander, this is simply the best bet for sanding disks. See my other reviews. The finish achieved with these sanding disks is superior, in my opinion, to paper disks. They seem to last longer, probably a function of more efficient dust/swarf removal and less heat build up.

> 24 hourIf you are looking for a top notch sandpaper, look no further. I tried out one of their starter packs a few years ago and havent regretted it. They are a little more expensive than normal sandpaper, but they are worth the money because they are almost impossible to clog. Mirkas goldflex hand sandpaper is also amazing. So far, I have not found a sandpaper brand that will outdo Mirka and I doubt I ever will.

> 24 hourI use these abrasives on a Festool sander with a pad. Works very well providing a smooth even finish. Long lasting as they stay clean. I like them better than traditional sanding discs. Will by other grits as well.

> 24 hourI use this on Dewalt sander, couple with a powerful Shopvac and virtually no dust can be seen. I also use it on soft pad to avoid swirl marks due to powerful suction from the vacuum. The pad last a long time because it doesn’t gum up often like normal pad.

> 24 hourAbranet is definitely longer lasting than traditional orbital sanding disks. Its the only abrasive disk i use now. For those of you interested or curious: I did purchase a big box of the Autonet to compare. My observations: stick with Abranet for wood sanding. Autonet does not last nearly as long on wood. Also, you do need to hook into dust collection to gain all the benefits of Abranet, otherwise there will be sanding dust everywhere just like any other abrasive disk.
