> 3 dayOk, I have lots of knives, very good, expensive knives, of all sizes and types, most of which are shaving sharp. Since these were so cheap and Im always looking for a good knife for backpacking and camping, thought Id give it a try. I read all the reviews but honestly was pretty skeptical that these could really be THAT good. As I said, Ive got plenty of great knives that are shaving sharp. And then there is Mora, freaking scary sharp - totally different category. Plus they use high quality steel, and have great handle ergonomics. Just beware that the finger guard and choil is minimal, and you definitely do NOT want your grip to slip forward with this knife, so use with care.

> 3 daySharp and feels good in the hand. I bought the black with the stainless steel for use while hunting. I own two other Mora Carbon knives and thought I would see if the SS was the same. It is real nice. The price is what is amazing. I look at all the Chinese junk and this knife blows them away. I would recommend this knife to someone who wants a basic bushcraft knife, camping knife or small to mid game hunting knife. I havent had a chance to skin a deer yet, but I will update you on the performance of it.

> 3 dayI dont understand how this knife can be offered at this price. It is very sharp out of the box, and sharpens well. It is a very handy size for camping and stuff like that. I bought more after I tried the first one.

> 3 dayFantastic knife, very sharp, light, well balanced, easy to handle. I am disabled and have difficulty handling knives properly so I am very pleased at the way this one fits. The only problem is that although it is marked stainless steel, the area around the stamped company image has started to show rust already after only 5 washings. However, that doesn’t keep me from giving it a 5 star rating as it’s other attributes balance out the issue of a little rust. Although it is listed as an outdoor knife and is a tiny bit larger than a paring knife it still works well as a paring/boning knife for the kitchen. Well priced, give it a try. :D.

> 3 day想像以上に切れる。 まだアウトドアには使用していませんが、木の枝や紙など切ってみたところ、めちゃくちゃ切れます。 研ぎたての包丁なみに切れます。 非常に尖ってもいるので、慎重に扱ってください。 特に小さい子にはご注意を。 ということで、フェザースティック作るのが楽しみです!!

> 3 dayIm a butcher by trade so Im used to how sharp a knife should be when bought and the methods of keeping a knife sharp. Ive got to say, when this arrived it was sharper than any set of Victorinox boning knives Ive ever had which probably wont mean much to most people but theyre the industry standard in knives and made by the same company that makes Swiss Army knives. So as a bushcraft knife the Mora Outdoor Companion 860 is an absolute bargain. Ive use mine for batoning wood, stripping bark, cutting paracord and prepping camp food and it just holds its edge all day long. When I get home I give it a clean and a few strokes on a steel and its like new. Even the sheath was better than I was expecting, the Mora wont just fall out and is held in place until needed, but not so much as to require forcing and possible accidents. Honestly I cant fault this knife and would happily buy another when mine eventually gives up.
